Vacation rentals with a patio in Tân Bình

The place was great overall. Away from the boulevard so very quiet. It's not a problem as long as we respond to the client's request but I never knew who I was messaging, sometimes it was Tuan, sometimes his sister, sometimes another member of his family... but they found a solution or an answer to my questions without difficulty👍. there's just one bad point: the mechanism to automatically fill the toilet flush was almost completely clogged by limestone, but fortunately in Vietnam there is always a water gun with the toilet, so I manually filled the water tank in 40 seconds with the water gun right next door. between the accommodation and the owner everything went smoothly during my month of stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

one of the most spotless apartments l have stayed in had some basic sauces and spices, and a can of bug spray that wasn't needed.

Thus was a very hospitable Host, who at the last minute was able to help me as my surgery was delayed, another couple of days. and though I did have to move rooms, I did not have to change hotels which was extremely convenient. She also had the staff wash my clothes, not having a washer on the new room, she made every effort to keep me happy and make my stay perfect it's the little things that mean so much! Basic room and kitchen, good for a stay of one week what I did. Quiet room in district 10. i like staying here. much is walkable or grabbable. I slept very well. Wifi is okay. Hope to stay here again at a next visit!!

I'd rate them more than 5 stars if I could. The place is a dream—the room is very clean, the internet is fast, loved the washer and dryer (super super convenient!). The local recommendations guide is super helpful, too. Wish I had more time to check every single place they listed. The hosts are incredibly proactive and checked on me from time to time even if I didn't ask for any assistance. Cannot recommend them enough and I will book them if I ever plan on visiting Ho Chi Minh again in the future.

The place feel as cozy as home. My parents enjoyed staying here due to its cleanliness, fresh air. The hosts are so friendly and supportive. Be back next time for sure

This is one of the most beautiful and large rooms I can stay in, feeling relaxed when soaking in the chill bathtub with familiar music. Big Smart TV, I watched good movie on Netflix. It was unique that the room had up to 2 balconies, the front was bustling and helpful to have the convenience store right by the road, I enjoyed the cool breeze while sitting watching the stars in the back balcony. Finally, the mattress is extremely soft and the silk bed drap is very cool , I had a very good sleep. A little problem when taking the stairs but it is spacious and airy. Khanh supported me to carry my luggage up to the room , which was great . Really miss the room and hope to come back again, would highly recommend.

Cozy hidden space for healing souls. Recommend for all guys who love natural and japanese minimalism style. Near by airport and just about 10 mins heads to downtown so good with reasonable price 🤟🏻 the neighbor is so cool but peace and quiet. This was so nice to get great memories here with my partner.

Hue was really kind and accepted us as guests at the really last minute. He was helpful, giving instructions and He responded in time. His house was clean and felt like home. It was really comfortable and spacious. We liked everything it was a good experience overall and thank you for the opportunity. I can bravely recommend staying here!

The apartment was clean just as above the pictures. The location of the apartment is airy, close to the beautiful and large park Gia Dinh. It is also very convenient to go to the airport from the apartment. Especially the host Khanh is very enthusiastic and lively. E Khanh always supported and answered his questions very quickly. I also try to meet my requirements or provide the most appropriate solution so that I can stay in this apartment in the most comfortable way. I was going to rent for 1 night that I finally stayed for a whole week. Thank you so much e Khanh!

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

I travel to HCMC frequently and have stayed at at least 4 major hotels. This was my first Airbnb experience in this city and it was fantastic. Tram's apartment is in the same building as the 5-star Holiday Inn Hotel and as her guest you get to enjoy access to much that the hotel has to offer, including its opulent and bigger-than-olympic-sized pool, its spa and its restaurants. Apartment goers have their own dedicated gym, which is better than those of any of the other hotels I've stayed at an entirely comparable to the Holiday Inn Gym. The room was squeaky clean, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. While I enjoy eating out, on this occasion I also enjoyed cooking my own meals in the apartment. Any neighbors I crossed paths with in the elevator or corridor were delightful. The prime location of this unit in the middle of the Tan Binh district is another plus. Lastly, Tram was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions during my 3-week stay here. Highly recommend.
