Spacious semi-detached apartment offers space for a larger family or a group of friends. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and three with single beds. The living room has a sofa bed for two. The lush backyard has easy access to illuminated hiking trails and, in winter, to the ski slope. The quiet front yard is for the tenant's own use. There is a parking space in the yard for a couple of cars. The bus stop (TKL) is 200 m away, Tampere city center can be reached in 20 minutes. We can't accommodate animals due to allergies.

The villa is located on the shore of Lake Näsijärvi. The place is safe, the beach is shallow and gently deepening. Surrounded by forest and tranquility. Great berry and mushroom forests! No raucous parties are allowed at the villa. The accommodation fee includes bedding and towels, the price is included in the cleaning fee.

About 5 minutes' walk to the center. Room height is 3.6 m! A wonderful art nouveau house (built in 1898). Beds for 4 people. The entire studio 1h+k+kh, 32m2 is for your use only. Great access to the city center, university, and Nokia Arena about 10 mins on foot. Ideal for 4-5 people with their own sleeping area, but the house can accommodate up to 10 people. This is a home for those who love the vibe of an old house. If you think this is a hotel in an old house envelope, I recommend choosing a hotel.
