Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

Apartment with living/sleeping room. 1 double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and 1 single bed (0.90 × 2.00 m) and 1 crib are also available. Fully equipped separate cozy kitchen-living room and shower room. In summer there are seating and sunbathing facilities in the garden. In winter, the cross-country ski trail is at your doorstep Private sauna for rent in summer with outdoor shower (including towels, bathrobe and infusion from 10 am - 6 pm) Feel free to rent bikes in summer by appointment. Modern, fine and in the middle of it all - the 5* vacation apartment (opened in 2022) with high-end amenities in a completely renovated former blacksmith workshop. The fully equipped "Werkstatt" vacation apartment - on the first floor with 40 m² for 2 people is located at an altitude of 440 m on the southern slope of the Thuringian Forest in the winter sports and vacation region of Oberhof. Surrounded by wonderful hiking opportunities, it is also the starting point for numerous tourist highlights in the green heart of Germany.

Our house is located in the historic village center of Bischleben, a district of the state capital Erfurt. The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the city park, the Orangerie and the center of Gotha. Just like the train station and sights such as the castle, the Natural History Museum, everything can be reached in a few minutes. It has a separate entrance just for our guests. My very well-equipped apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, another sleeping place can be quickly arranged on the pull-out sofa in the living room. On our smart TV, I provide you with Netflix for rainy days and relaxing evenings on the sofa :) I live quietly, right by the forest, where beautiful hiking trails begin. The small apartment is located in Gräfenhain, a quiet district of Ohrdruf. It has been completely renovated in recent years. On 35 square meters there is a combined living and sleeping area, a separate kitchen with mini kitchen + fridge, as well as a bathroom with shower. Situated directly on the edge of the forest, it offers the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling - surrounded by greenery.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 3-storey house, with a converted attic. The apartment with bay window and balcony has a floor space of about 90 m². The three bedrooms can each be locked separately. The common areas, such as hallway, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and living room, are used exclusively by our guests. There is also a possibility of storing bicycles safely and dry in the building.

The apartment is located in a former factory on the outskirts of Tambach-Dietharz. Directly on the premises is the bike path to Rennsteig and towards Georgenthal with connection to other bike paths. The dinosaur trail is in the immediate vicinity. Three bicycles are available to guests free of charge. Shopping facilities (REWE and Netto) are a few minutes away.
