This was a perfectly situated flat for exploring. The flat was lovely and comfortable and we would visit again!

Just great. Really peaceful place outside the crazy center of Casablanca. Really beautiful apartments in private residence with private driveway, lovely gardens, security, swimming pool and walkable less than 2 minutes from the beach. I mean, difficult to equal in terms of similar easy accommodations in Casablanca. Good reasonable price as well. And top easy communication with the owner. Apartments with all facilities. Clean, and no possible complaints. In summary, a truly good choice. Until now, one of best in Casablanca after several times there. thanks Hanaa!

Everything is perfect! Good location, just by the beach, walk distance to Hassan II Mosque, supermarket is nearby. The apartment is spacious with big balcony. Anyway, don't hesitate, just book it. You will not be disappointed.

It was a great place and we enjoyed it, it is close to a lot of places especially the Hassan mosque. If you don’t mind walking then it is a great spot. We had a rental so worked perfect for us.

Communication with Sofia was excellent, she was available, friendly and concerned about our well-being. The apartment is neat, clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. I recommend it 100%!

Very luxurious and very well-equipped apartment in a new, very high-standard residence. The neighborhood is just as attractive, central, with direct access to the beach within a 3-minute walk and the city center within 10 minutes. I will definitely be coming back again.

A perfect stay in Casablanca! The villa was spotless, tastefully decorated and perfectly located, close to the main sites and shops. The beds were comfortable, and the living space was very bright, which made our stay most enjoyable. This was a proper 5-STAR experience, from start to finish and across the board! Bottomline: 200% satisfied and we will definitely book another stay... here is why: - We booked this villa for a month for our summer holiday in Morocco - I contacted Mr Mehdi before booking as I had few requirements for my little family. Mehdi spent all the time required to explain everything I need. His flexibility and desire to help exceeded my expectations ... so I decided to book J - Mehdi contacted me few times before my arrival in order to make sure that I had all the info needed (for my stay in his villa, but also other helpful tips for my trip in Morocco like car rental ...etc) - ARRIVING to the villa.... we discovered everything we need ... and more ! (even umbrellas, a bike, wifi extender....etc... literally everything we need as if we were at home) - The place is spacious, nicely decorated (modern with a genius Moroccan touch), very clean and ... guess what ... everything works (not even a single faulty lightbulb J ) - The place comes with help/cook which was one of the highlights of the stay: very nice and helpful lady that cooked amazing food and made sure our stay is perfect! - Mr Mehdi was always available during our stay in case we needed something ... and the check-out was as smooth as it can get I can’t recommend this place enough ... great villa, and an outstanding host

Host is responsive and available and very welcoming. The listing is as described. Very good address to spend a friendly and peaceful time with friends and family. Access to the beach is easy and you can swim a few meters away. I highly recommend this place for a short or long stay.

It is a spacious place with big rooms - marvelous balcony so close to the ocean, I spent hrs in it! Great building with restaurants and a small supermarket 2 mins away and very close to the rest of the city.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The apartment is spacious and clean, with two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The view is absolutely stunning... overlooking the beach and a large, clean swimming pool. Watching the sunset from the balcony was one of the highlights of my trip. The place is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, making it feel just like home. The gated community is safe and quiet, which gave me extra peace of mind throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway. Thank you for being such a great host!

Fahd was a lovely host and the place was fantastic, exactly as described. Fahd met us at the place for check in and showed us around. He was very responsive for anything we needed. Overall a great stay and a wonderful host. We highly recommend. Note: the taxi driver Fahd recommended to us was also lovely and we highly recommend taking him up on the offer to schedule with him.

We enjoyed the 4 weeks in Adil's apartment very much. We particularly appreciated the large living room, the comfortable beds, the quiet neighborhood, the proximity to the beach, and Adil's courteous and friendly manner. We highly recommend this place. We'll be happy to come back here.
