Apartment vacation rentals in Tamarindo

From the initial communication, to the guide of local recommendations, to the pool and the beautiful space… I would highly recommend this to anyone! Super private but also close to amenities and restaurants. We loved it.

The place is amazing, better than what you see in the photos, where it is located very safely and the surroundings in Hacienda Pinilla are very nice. It has everything you need for a comfortable and cozy stay. Denise's attention was excellent, always attentive and very proactive. I recommend the accommodation 100%. You can visit different beaches in the area and it has a very nice pool.

This apartment is breathtaking. I think it might be the best place to stay in all of Tamarindo. It’s right at the heart of the town, a 2 minute walk to the beach, 10 second walk to any restaurant or bar, and has a perfect nearly 180 view of the entire beach/ocean. I could not have been happier with this place.

Nat and Dane's Villa Vivos is absolutely beautiful. The included amenities were exceptional and our comfort was prioritized. The welcome basket is such a thoughtful inclusion amd we excited to cook our breakfast in the rancho. Everything was great, including their cute doggo Kiki, the frogs, and the geckos. As others mentioned, make sure to have a 4x4 for the ride up to the villas. The roads are steep in some areas but you quickly get used to it. We definitely recomment this beautiful listing.

The condo was well appointed with quality kitchen appliances, linens, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. It has 2 terraces with ample outdoor seating overlooking a beautifully landscaped pool and garden. The beach is across the street and down a short path-great for sitting, bathing and strolling. There are good restaurants within walking distance and the town of Tamarindo is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk. The condo gives you privacy and calm with fun beach bars and the town close by. A truly ideal setting. We loved our stay.

We absolutely loved this place. It’s gorgeous (GORGEOUS) very walkable and private at the same time. If you know CR, the amenities here are something you cannot find at other places. The water dispenser, toilettes, bathrooms and all appliances are well above average. Also to note, the place is decorated with fabulous artwork from a local and well-known artist. I would live here if I could! We will stay again 100%

My group absolutely loved our stay! Tim provided recommendations around town for us to try and all of the ones we tried were amazing! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and it came in handy. The property is far enough tucked away where it's quiet at night but close enough to where it is a quick walk to town! I would absolutely recommend this listing for anyone wanting to spend some time in Tamarindo, thank you Tim!

We loved our stay so much, the space is beautiful with lots of natural light, great studio layout. Mariel was very helpful throughout our stay, and it was so nice to do a Pilates class in her studio which is on the same property. It's in a very peaceful part of Tamarindo, but still close by to the town center. We will definitely stay here again in the future! It's my fave place I've stayed in Tamarindo thus far, and I go often. Happy to have found this gem. Thanks Mariel for making our stay amazing!

Our rental was everything promised and more. The condo was spacious and fit our family of 5 great. The Pool was amazing and the quick easy access to the beach couldn't be beat. There are so many restaurants and local shops to explore. We hope to stay here again next December.

Great place to stay. Central location and very convenient check in and check out process. Security on the premises were also very nice. Really great we could use the pool as well!

The Villa is magnificent! Outdoor areas are exceptional! The pool, the monkeys, the outdoor shower, everything is well thought out! You feel like you're the only person in the world! Everything is beautiful and the host provides incredible service! Book, it's worth the trip!

This was a fabulous condo and location. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tamarindo. We had such a great time. I would love to return.

Great location and property. Close to everything so easy to get around without a vehicle. The courtyard with the pool was inviting and the hammocks on the porch were a nice touch. And we did have the monkeys right outside the bedroom windows on several occasions. Wils was an excellent host - he helped with transpo to and from the airport, recommended a great sure instructor, and all his restaurant recommendations were spot-on.

The Bungalows near Flamingo Beach truly lived up to my expectations. The views surrounding the property were stunning, offering a picturesque backdrop. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor patio, which was a lovely spot to relax. The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was immaculate and well-maintained. Our host was exceptionally helpful, providing prompt responses to any issues we encountered and offering valuable suggestions for local dining and activities.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in Playa Langosta. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach, peaceful, and with stunning views. The apartment was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Everything felt fresh, new, and impeccably clean! Marissia was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, always making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host. Highly recommend, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Pictures don’t do it justice. Everything within walking distance. Beach is gorgeous And a tons of variety for restaurants, easy to find a lovely location to eat. Recommend pangas and cocktails during sunset at one of the many bars right on the beach.

10/5. Absolutely stunning space, packed with amenities and beautifully decorated. One of those places you get excited when you enter… looks even better than the pictures, smelled amazing and had welcoming vibes (if you know you know). The couch and bed were beyond comfortable, the customer service was elite, and I am recommending Andrea’s properties to everyone I know. Can’t wait to return.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The place is just like the pictures, beautifully decorated and perfect for 2 people. A quick few minute drive to the downtown area. Tim and Rita were very friendly and responsive when needed and provided alot of recommendations! We also appreciated the secure underground parking as we rented a car. At this time, it appears to be a new property so a few units are still for sale. So plenty of space to park. The Host have done great with warm lighting inside and outside the apartment but the apartment building itself has white lightening which attracts more insects at night so just be prepared. I would suggest the adding of curtains in the kitchen & living room for added privacy. There were people who hungout near the driveway and in the construction site across the street that was in view of the living room so a little uncomfortable as they would be there during the day & night.

I took my daughter and 5 friends to Tamarindo for a graduation trip! This place is beyond comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out and really enjoy our time here. The views are spectacular and the condo is close enough to walk to everything you could want or need. The oversized balcony was awesome! We felt like royalty in this beautiful place!

Easy walk to beach, restaurants, shops. Comfortable beds. Great having a pool.

This was a great place to stay as a young couple. We had plenty of space, fans and a/c, and a perfect location. We didn’t have water for some reason during a couple of hours on our first day, but Brian took care of bringing water for us to have enough to drink until the service returned.

Seamless check in. Optimal location. Very comfortable and quiet room. I highly recommend.
