I had a truly serene and refreshing stay at this beautiful beachfront haven. The garden is perfectly maintained with tropical charm, offering a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature and the sound of the ocean just steps away. Every corner felt thoughtfully designed for relaxation. A perfect place to unwind and reconnect — Isabelle has been of great help and assistance throughout my stay, she details clearly and is very patient to explain all you need to know:). A heartfelt thank you to the most gracious and attentive host, whose kindness made my stay truly unforgettable. From ensuring my comfort and security, to checking in regularly, and even helping me search for my missing cat — your warmth, humility, and presence went far beyond expectations. This place is a peaceful sanctuary, but it’s your spirit that made it feel like home. I’m deeply grateful.

We had a fantastic stay at this place – it's spacious, beautifully laid out, and has so many cozy spots to sit and unwind. We loved it so much that we ended up extending our stay. The host, Sebastien, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He even left us a few fresh coconuts, which was such a thoughtful touch. One of the highlights for us was the hammock on the rooftop – the view of the mountains from there is just breathtaking. We had read that some guests experienced issues with mosquitoes, but we didn’t have any problems at all. The kitchen was also very nice and well-equipped, which made it easy to cook and feel at home. Highly recommended!

Wir waren 14 Tage zu zweit im Haus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus selber, der riesige tolle Garten, der grosse Pool, die Lage mit jeden Abend Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang, besonders auch der herzliche Kontakt mit Andy und seiner Familie haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Immer wurde sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten und alles zeitnah beantwortet und Lösungen gefunden. Zu erwähnen ist noch, das das Haus mit Moskitonetz versehen ist und es kann jederzeit gelüftet werden. Der Mietwagen findet vor dem Haus direkt einen Parkplatz. Es sind sowohl teils Eurostecker vorhanden ausser den üblichen UK Steckdosen, so dass Adapter nicht unbedingt benötigt werden, aber auch die hätte Andy für uns gehabt. Ebenso war Besley, der sich um das Haus Pool und Garten kümmert, und nebenan lebt, jederzeit hilfreich zur Stelle. Also für uns war alles bestens und wir können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen und allen Beteiligten für die schöne Zeit auf Mauritius danken.Andrea und Rudolf

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Tout est conforme aux photos. Nous avons rencontré quelques petits soucis de plomberie, mais Marion a été très réactive et tout a été résolu dès le lendemain ! Nous sommes ravis d’avoir choisi Marion comme hôte. N’hésitez pas à lui faire confiance, cela en vaut la peine !

Wir haben auf unserer langen Mauritius Reise, diese Unterkunft extra noch mal gebucht. Für uns war es wie zu Hause ankommen. Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich bemerkenswert schön, sauber und die Umgebung hatt uns sehr gut gefallen. Ganz besonders haben wir die große, überdachte Terrasse genossen. Wie gesagt, auch jetzt war der Aufenthalt einfach nur fantastisch. Wenn wir es könnten würden wir dort einziehen. Einfach nur Erholung pur.

Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand ( liegt nur ein Häuserblock dazwischen) und Restaurants entfernt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Lediglich etwas mehr Toilettenpapier, Salz und Öl wären schön gewesen. Ansonsten allerdings einen wirklich schöne und empfehlenswerte AirBnB die ich sowohl für Gruppen und Familien empfehlen kann.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay here! The host was incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in seamless. The room was immaculate and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a cozy bed. I especially loved the beautiful decor and the peaceful ambiance. The location was ideal—within walking distance of local attractions but still quiet enough for a restful retreat. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely return

Our stay at La Balise Marina L’Estuaire, Black River, Mauritius, was absolutely wonderful. Sandrine was an exceptional host, providing fantastic communication from booking through to our stay, ensuring everything was seamless. Paola took excellent care of our family, keeping the accommodation spotlessly clean and always being available to answer any questions. Both Sandrine and Paola were outstanding, making us feel welcome and well cared for. The apartment was spacious, modern, and equipped with every utensil needed for a self-catering holiday, ensuring a comfortable and satisfying stay. I highly recommend hiring a car, as we did, to explore the island. The apartment conveniently includes a car parking space, and the large Super U supermarket nearby offers a wide range of food and essentials. Our experience was incredibly enjoyable, and we are grateful to Sandrine and Paola for making it so memorable. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Perfekt für uns, kleine Familie, um entspannt die Insel zuerkunden. Der Pool war für unsere Tochter das Highlight, da wir zur gebuchten Zeit die einzigen vor Ort waren, konnten wir diesen jederzeit nutzen. Die kleine Anlage ist sauber, parken war auch möglich.

Wir haben fünf sehr schöne Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist wie beschrieben und hat eine geniale Lage. Ich kann sie Reisenden in Flic und Flac wärmstens empfehlen. ☺️

Nous avons été très satisfaits de la prestation et de l’accueil de Corinne. Il faisait très chaud et nous avons pu profiter chaque jour et à chaque instant de la plage et de la piscine et pouvions admirer chaque soir de merveilleux couchers de soleil sous les cocotiers avec tous nos sympathiques voisins Maurice et Jacqueline

Magnifique séjour La vue est splendide .la plage est à quelques mètres L'appartement est génial et tres spatieux Il y a des restaurants et des commerces à proximité Olivier notre hôte est vraiment très sympathique et serviable Accueil vraiment très chaleureux Un petit fond de ménage (pain,pâtes,fruits,beurre,lait,eau,...)nous attendait) Bref le paradis ! The villa exceeded our expectations. The pool with its stunning sea view was absolutely breathtaking, and the entire stay was perfect from start to finish. The villa was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning provided by a kind and helpful lady who took great care of us. The beach was quite coral, so I recommend bringing water shoes. Overall, we were absolutely delighted and I would definitely love to come back in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Top Unterkunft, Maria war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Appartement liegt direkt gegenüber dem Strand. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar: Restaurants, Einkaufen, Streetfood... Wir würden immer wieder diese Unterkunft wählen

michel est un hôte agréable , discret et serviable très réactif et de bon conseil il nous a réservé toutes nos excursions jusqu a la réservation au restaurant, le taxi et la voiture de location. Le logement propre et confortable et correspondant exactement au descriptif. je recommande vivement.

Ambroise est un hôte très accueillant, arrangeant et très amicale tout en étant discret. Le logement est vraiment impeccable et bien pensé merci pour le ménage quotidien... Quant-à l'extérieur, c'est vraiment paradisiaque: la piscine, la plage,les tortues et les couchés de soleil si magnifique. Excellent séjour chez Isabelle qui est une hôte tout simplement incroyable. En plus des nombreux conseils concernant les environs, nous a proposé une visite guidée du sud de l’île et nous a mis en contact pour une excursion bateau dauphin et cachalot. Appartement dernier étage avec superbe terrasse vue mer pour voir les plus beaux sunset. Rien à redire, foncez ! Merci Isabelle

We had a fantastic stay here and loved every moment, welcomed warmly by Monique and Cedric- thank you for the fruit and starter items. Exactly as shown, we had amazing evenings on the terrace listening to the sea and star gazing- yes there is occasional road noise but the sea blocks that. We enjoyed the nature, the visiting birds, looking out to sea from the minute we woke until we went to bed. We swam in the sea immediately outside as well as walking to the public beach and used the pool which was most welcome on the days we went on trips. We enjoyed walks along the beach at sunset, accompanied by two adorable dogs (Monique’s). We had our own car, parked safely on the property behind gates on coloured sea glass, which matched the aesthetics of the property, not sharp as one person had implied! Lots to do in the area- we kayaked, went to swim with dolphins, went to the 7 falls and did our own trips to tropical gardens and Port Louis. Plenty of good shops, supermarkets and restaurant

Le logement était tres bien situé : plage et restaurants à pieds. Appartement très bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire (pack d'eau, thé, biscuits...). Bill est tres agréable et disponible pour toute demande. En bonus, nous avons eu un plat typiquement mauricien préparé par ses soins. Nous recommandons a 100 %.

Ein absolut perfekter Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastfreundschaft des Hosts: super freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich habe mich rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Klare Weiterempfehlung – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Patricia s'est montrée très disponible, pour préparer notre arrivée, régler tout problème éventuel ou conseil de visite, ce qui est très rassurant. Son appartement est très spacieux, propre, très bien équipé, avec balcons. Au calme, il se situe dans une résidence sécurisée, avec gardien, parking fermé, deux piscines et parc très agréable. Surtout la localisation est idéale car à 5/10 minutes à pied vous pourrez profiter de la superbe plage de Flic en Flac, qui s'étend sur plusieurs kilomètres et propose de nombreuses activités dont restaurants de plage (5/6 euros pour un plat). Dans le même rayon tout à pied, vous avez également de nombreux commerces (supermarché, restaurants, bars, boulangerie, boutiques diverses,..). Et enfin, vous serez très bien situé pour visiter toute l'île en voiture, avec de nombreux sites, randonnées, plages,.. très accessibles depuis l'appartement. En bref, le choix idéal pour profiter de toute l'île Maurice !

Très joli logement calme et pratique pour 2 personnes . Plage à 50 mètres le top ! Claire a toujours été disponible pour nous aider et nous conseiller . Je le recommande vivement.
