I had a truly serene and refreshing stay at this beautiful beachfront haven. The garden is perfectly maintained with tropical charm, offering a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature and the sound of the ocean just steps away. Every corner felt thoughtfully designed for relaxation. A perfect place to unwind and reconnect — Isabelle has been of great help and assistance throughout my stay, she details clearly and is very patient to explain all you need to know:). A heartfelt thank you to the most gracious and attentive host, whose kindness made my stay truly unforgettable. From ensuring my comfort and security, to checking in regularly, and even helping me search for my missing cat — your warmth, humility, and presence went far beyond expectations. This place is a peaceful sanctuary, but it’s your spirit that made it feel like home. I’m deeply grateful.

We spent 14 days in the house for two and enjoyed the stay. We liked the house itself, the huge great garden, the large pool, the location with sunset views every evening, especially the warm contact with Andy and his family. We always responded immediately when we had questions and everything was answered promptly and solutions were found. It should also be mentioned that the house is equipped with a mosquito net and it can be ventilated at any time. The rental car can be parked directly in front of the house. There are both partly Euro plugs available except the usual UK sockets, so adapters are not necessarily needed, but Andy would have had them for us. Besley, who takes care of the house, pool and garden, and lives next door, was also always helpful. So for us everything was fine and we can highly recommend the house and thank everyone involved for the wonderful time in Mauritius. Andrea and Rudolf

We had a pleasant stay at Marion's place. The house is very comfortable with the pool right in front of the living room. 5 minutes by car from the sea, we enjoyed the pretty beaches of Flic en Flac, a boat trip to the island of Benitiers from Tamarin…. I would recommend this property for all guests

We booked this place again on our long Mauritius trip. For us, it was like coming home. This place is really remarkably beautiful, clean and we enjoyed the surroundings very much. We especially enjoyed the large, covered terrace. As I said, the stay was just fantastic even now. If we could, we'd move in there. Pure relaxation.

what a gem of a place. easy parking, easy self access arrival. stunning beach right nearby. at the end of the flic en flac restaurant strip so perfect location really. perfectly serviceable supermarket with good opening hours in town too. ian answered all our questions and helped us out great!

I had a fantastic experience during my stay here! The host was incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in seamless. The room was immaculate and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a cozy bed. I especially loved the beautiful decor and the peaceful ambiance. Beautiful villa with great comfort and IMPECCABLE!! Quiet ideal location overlooking a beautiful uncrowded beach Brigitte welcomed us with welcome gifts, is very friendly and answered all our questions for our stay and was also available quickly via WhatsApp. Salleeka and France, discreet and smiling staff, are present for our well-being. In summary, nothing but happiness in this Villa on the waterfront. We will come back without hesitation.

Our stay at La Balise Marina L’Estuaire, Black River, Mauritius, was absolutely wonderful. Sandrine was an exceptional host, providing fantastic communication from booking through to our stay, ensuring everything was seamless. Paola took excellent care of our family, keeping the accommodation spotlessly clean and always being available to answer any questions. Both Sandrine and Paola were outstanding, making us feel welcome and well cared for. The apartment was spacious, modern, and equipped with every utensil needed for a self-catering holiday, ensuring a comfortable and satisfying stay. I highly recommend hiring a car, as we did, to explore the island. The apartment conveniently includes a car parking space, and the large Super U supermarket nearby offers a wide range of food and essentials. Our experience was incredibly enjoyable, and we are grateful to Sandrine and Paola for making it so memorable. Highly recommended!

Great location. Responsive hosts

The place was easy to find. Laetitia's mother greeted us at the door. The place is clean and well equipped, even with coffee maker and toaster. It is cozy and comfortable. Laetitia and her mother are very helpful. Just think of bringing your own hand and shower soap and shampoo. Highly recommended.

An ideal place to explore Mauritius, its beaches and inland and find calm, comfort and idleness in the late afternoon! Super equipped accommodation where you can feel at home right away. Ambroise and Ganesh's hospitality is remarkable. Attentive, available and concerned with our installation. I can only confirm the many testimonials in this sense that we had read before coming: everything is true! and perfect:-)

The apartment was spacious, with a large terrace, clean, well equipped. The pool and the location right on the beach, everything was perfect. The host was very communicative and helpful, we would happily recommend it to everyone else.

The villa exceeded our expectations. The pool with its stunning sea view was absolutely breathtaking, and the entire stay was perfect from start to finish. The villa was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning provided by a kind and helpful lady who took great care of us. The beach was quite coral, so I recommend bringing water shoes. Overall, we were absolutely delighted and I would definitely love to come back in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely host, lovely place.

Had a wonderful stay at Coralie & Astrides place in Latitude luxury apartments . The service they provided from check in to late checkout, due to our late flight was great.They even left us a bottle of prosecco and a card for our 25th wedding anniversary, which was a lovely surprise. The apartment was as decribed. Better than the photos. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The Large terrace was a fantastic space for chilling, with amazing views of the ocean and Le Mourne. The grounds and swimming pool were lovely and never busy. You could always find an empty sun lounger. Shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance. Ruisseau Creole was a lovely shopping mall with nice cafes and restaurants Bistro La Poste and Happy Rajah are worth a visit for food. Thankyou for a lovely stay we would definitely book again.

Great stay at Isabelle's who is a simply amazing host. In addition to the many tips about the surrounding area, we offered a guided tour of the south of the island and put us in touch for a dolphin and sperm whale boat tour. Top floor apartment with superb sea view terrace to see the most beautiful sunset. No complaints, go ahead! Thank you Isabelle

We had a fantastic stay here and loved every moment, welcomed warmly by Monique and Cedric- thank you for the fruit and starter items. Exactly as shown, we had amazing evenings on the terrace listening to the sea and star gazing- yes there is occasional road noise but the sea blocks that. We enjoyed the nature, the visiting birds, looking out to sea from the minute we woke until we went to bed. We swam in the sea immediately outside as well as walking to the public beach and used the pool which was most welcome on the days we went on trips. We enjoyed walks along the beach at sunset, accompanied by two adorable dogs (Monique’s). We had our own car, parked safely on the property behind gates on coloured sea glass, which matched the aesthetics of the property, not sharp as one person had implied! Lots to do in the area- we kayaked, went to swim with dolphins, went to the 7 falls and did our own trips to tropical gardens and Port Louis. Plenty of good shops, supermarkets and restaurant

Beautiful apartment just across the beach, the view from the balcony was amazing. Lot of restaurants in walkable distance and Bil was very helpful with reccos.

Michel is a pleasant, discreet and helpful host, very responsive and gives good advice he booked all our excursions for us, including the restaurant reservation, taxi and rental car. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and exactly as described. I highly recommend it.

An absolutely perfect stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you might need. The location was ideal, quiet but still central. Patricia was very available to prepare for our arrival, resolve any issues or provide advice for our visit, which is very reassuring. The apartment is very spacious, clean, very well-equipped, with balconies. Quiet, it is located in a secure residence, with caretaker, closed parking, two swimming pools and very nice park. Above all, the location is ideal because a 5/10 minute walk away you can enjoy the beautiful beach of Flic en Flac, which stretches for several kilometers and offers many activities including beach restaurants (5/6 euros for a dish). In the same area, all within walking distance, you also have many shops (supermarket, restaurants, bars, bakery, various shops, etc.). And finally, you will be very well located for visiting the whole island by car, with many sights, hikes, beaches, etc. very accessible from the apartment. In short, the perfect choice to enjoy all of Mauritius!

Very nice, quiet and convenient accommodation for 2 people. Beach 50 meters away, excellent! Claire was always available to help and advise us. I would highly recommend it.
