Benoit is an excellent host and very kind, he sent us the precise instructions and with these we arrived and entered the house super easily, he was attentive and answered questions we had. A very nice house, inside a private area with security, but what we loved was the tranquility, silence and peace. We slept super well, we rested like never before. The house is very comfortable, with everything you need to spend a few days of total rest. A very comfortable TV room, the bed in the room is delicious and the bathroom is a spa!! A large pool and garden, we & our dogs really enjoyed it. Highly recommended for spending a few days out of town, recharging batteries, resting and sleeping deliciously! It was an incredible stay, everything was impeccable, very comfortable beds, air conditioning, very quiet subdivision, with all the amenities, electricity, water, gas, wifi, hot water, air conditioning, television, in short, excellent accommodation, do not hesitate to book and have a good time in this beautiful state, you will not regret it. ❤️

Excellent location, a really beautiful apartment, we spent 8 days for my husband's recovery and it was amazing to 🫢 wake up and see the lake. Wow, that's priceless, an incredibly beautiful view, we could go for a quiet walk. I felt at home and Charito's service was wonderful, she was always attentive, and when I had any questions she answered quickly, she was very kind and friendly. Rating 11 out of 10. When I return to Merida I will definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended, the area is very safe and the price is affordable. The only bad thing is that it is 25 minutes from downtown.
