Perfect stay, host responded within one hour for all my questions, and also provided me ant killers amost within 30 mins as there were some ants around. (very effective, alll ants gone in a few hours) Place is clean too, and very comfortable. The food around is also very nice, highly recommend the malay store, opposite an indian mamak. portion, taste, price is all very good. Will be back again soon for small weekend getaway. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and right at home staying in this house. All the necessities—such as shampoo, shower gel, water dispenser, towels, comb, brush, cotton buds, shower cap, cups, and even two small packs of snacks—were generously provided free of charge by Jecenia. There is also a snack bar with additional items available for purchase, which I found both thoughtful and flexible. There are two adorable cats 🐈 🐈‍⬛ in the house who enjoy being around people and allowed me to pet them. Jecenia is a very friendly and helpful host, and I would definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends if they plan to visit JB in the future. The location is also strategic, as it’s just a 10–15 minute drive to Johor Customs and the Johor Larkin Bus Terminal.

This was my second time staying at this unit, and everything was just as advertised - clean, cozy, and comfortable. The view from the balcony is truly breathtaking. Just a couple of suggestions for improvement: there are two TVs in the unit, but one isn’t working. It would be better to remove the faulty one as it only takes up space. Also, the air conditioner couldn’t be adjusted and mainly cooled only the lower part of the bed - my feet felt cold but my head stayed warm, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep at night.

Self Check-In was breeze & smooth with very clear instructions. Location is surrounded with many restaurants selling variety of food.

Very nice place, spacious and comfortable. Great for big family. Very near to shops. Clean and have essential items too.

Great stay, awesome house. This house is really an entertainment place to come with family as fully furnished with facilities like electronic gadgets, pool, karaoke, kids area and board game. Everything is perfect, my parents and kid love it so much. Owner is very nice and friendly. Definitely will come again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The apartment is within walking distance to eating places and supermarket in the area. The apartment overall is well worth it.

need to have extra chairs outside for those having BBQ outside.

Very friendly Host and provided information very promptly. Very flexible and provided updated when home is available. And also provided check-out time promptly on the cleaner entrance time instead of strictly following check-out time. Provided free toothbrush and toothpaste. House is very clean compared to another unit as we stayed 2 different house for 2 different night due to availability.
