Great location and super friendly + helpful lady running front desk

This was the perfect place to stay for our week in Singapore. A few minutes walk from two MRT stations, spacious and comfortable room, spotlessly clean. Should we return to Singapore, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Cozy and comfortable for family stay. Nice and clean. During new year's night 12am 2024, got a memorable moment to watch fireworks from the unit. It was spectacular!!

Yani, Maica, and Mary were the trifecta of service so empowered and incredibly responsive I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn’t dreaming. The unit was lovely and well appointed and when I requested a sheet to help adjust to the climate, I was met with a creative and prompt solution from my amazing and inspired service team. Never before have I had such superb service and I would stay again in a heartbeat. It didn’t hurt too that the location and ambiance were sublime. Despite my slightly bumbling initial communications Yani, Mary, and Maica made our stay something to remember, rinse, and repeat as necessary in a world full of average, this stay was quite something special thank you!

Friendly host with quick response. As a rider, I was stuck during checkout timing as it was raining heavily. I requested a slight delay for checkout, but the host was super kind and allowed me to checkout later. Clean and easy to check in. will rent again for next visit.

Venus's place was well maintained, clean and she was responsive when we had questions regarding check-in. My friends who were abit more finicky about cleanliness were also impressed at how clean the place was. Would recommend for people who are traveling in bigger groups. Thank you Venus!!

Andy is superhost. The place is clean, cosy and comfortable. Host even provide toothbrush kits and coffee/tea packs for guests. We enjoy our weekend stay.

Had an amazing stay at Johnann’s. Johnann was very responsive and gave very clear and detailed instructions on how to check in. The apartment was big, cozy and clean and had everything we needed. There were also many restaurants within walking distance and mount Austin was only a 10min taxi ride away. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 11 nights and had a good time. The apartment is big and roomy. The kitchen lets you cook simple meals, and the fast Wi-Fi is great for work or streaming. It’s very quiet, so you can relax or sleep well. There is a small gym downstairs that is fine for a quick workout. You can also walk through the ground-floor carpark to reach the little shops near the guardhouse for daily items. A few things to note: the washing machine was not working during our stay, and the closest laundry service is quite far. If this is fixed, the place would be almost perfect. Getting around is easy—just book a Grab car, and use GrabFood for delivery if you don’t feel like cooking. Overall, a spacious, peaceful flat that suits anyone who wants a calm stay in Johor.

House neat and comfortable. Complete with water filter, cooking utensils & dining glass ware. Host c/in instruction very clear that smoothen the c/in procesd Surround with serene neighborhood & nearby shoplot it was so conveniances. Just 5 minutes to Angsana Mall. Definitely I will choose this unit again in the future.

1. Host is very responsive. 2. Place is clean. 3. Instructions to take the keys was slightly unclear. You would just need to take the keys from the block mailbox directly; and for drivers, the carpark entrance is after block A1. Thus you would need to make a round again back to carpark entrance after collecting car pass and keys at the respective block mailbox. 4. Carpark lot is slightly small for big cars, thus advisable to park more to the left as there is a wall on the right which is inconvenient for drivers to alight. Overall, stay is good.

The place is complete. When i say complete, all you have to bring is yourself and your personal things. The place is complete, from the washing machine, kitchen, toiletries etc. The check in was super easy. I had issues connecting to the WiFi, but Ryan prompt action was very helpful. Overall, it is a good place to rest.

The host was super welcoming, the room was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect. Would definitely come back again.
