Vacation rentals with a patio in Taman Desa Tebrau

We had a 4D3N stay. Apartment is located near KSL mall, there are many restaurants nearby. The space was clean and neat, except that the living room is very small. If you are looking for a place to rest and shower, then this is the right choice. Host is responsive. If you have any doubts , feel free to drop him a message. Overall, I have a great stay.

This is my first time subscribing to Airbnb. It feels like home. It is clean, tidy and comfortable. The transportation is very convenient. There are convenience walk downstairs have stores, coffee shops, restaurants, Indian and Malay food, desserts and drinks. It is a very good work holiday experience. I will come again next time. was my first experience staying on the inner side of R&F. really responsive host in the local mobile communication app, and I really appreciate the host flexibility in allowing to stay for an additional night stay although I check out in the evening itself

the place was clean and very well kept. would prefer a digital lock with card for easier access rather than the keys. the bathrooms were very clean as compared to some of the other units

The location of this apartment is very good near to all those popular shopping area and a lot of nearby restaurant to try. The apartment feels comfortable when staying here feels like home. Had a lovely stay. Although the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been improved, the amenities provided felt right at home and the airbnb is mostly accessible to both tourists and those looking to stay long-term. A big mall is located just below the residence, making it convenient for last-minute shopping as well

Has a great family gathering at this beautiful villa. It’s balcony is directly facing the lake. Great view. We are able to access to the lakeside through balcony. The villa is also equipped with lots of games and activities for family. Clean and spacious environment. Easy to park and the owner has prepared equipment for bbq and steamboat. Will definitely come again.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The place is superb—spotlessly clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The host was extremely considerate and warm-hearted, thoughtfully providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was prompt and helpful, with great suggestions for local food (makan) spots and nearby recreational activities. The house itself is huge and perfect for families or groups. We really enjoyed the wide range of facilities, including a basketball court, badminton court, ping pong table, and pool table. There were also plenty of board games, making it ideal for family bonding and group gatherings. Highly recommended—we would love to return!

Host was responsive even when i texted late. The advanced PDF instructions were really helpful-Please read & study before you arrive or else your tired brain wont able to process it. But the facilities were great & comfortable as it claimed. I was well aware about the distance on the parking to door per review, but man it was a journey. If you have lots of things to bring in make sure to have it all in a trolley/bag (or a non annoying husband) to carry it upstairs if you dont want regret later. Plan & pack wisely. We were there for a short period of time, but i can see the nice pool view,park, court definitely would try it out if we have a chance in the future. Highly recommended.

Good and responsive host, the unit is spacious, with new Aircons, clean and come with kitchen. the unit is right above haidilao, and next to popular shopping centres like city square, very convenient. Toilets show signs of wear and tear. overall a good stay.

Good place to stay as not near to jam place and peaceful night as not near to road. Nearby got Paradigm Mall.

The place is exactly as described in the pictures. They provide essential cooking tools, common condiments, instant noodles, and instant coffee. It was very convenient to prepare simple meals during the stay. I also noticed a small collection of books in Chinese made the space feel even more welcoming. The space was clean, cozy, and felt like a home. The TV didn’t have Netflix, but there was access to Yogurt TV, which offered a variety of channels from all over the country. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped place for a short stay.

It was a really nice place! It was clean and tidy, and looked exactly as it did in the pictures. Our hosts were also extremely proactive and responsive! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a short stay in this area!
