Vacation rentals with breakfast in Tam Kỳ

Bao was a fantastic host who was very helpful and responsive. We booked a 2 bedroom pool villa, expecting it to have two toilets, but it only had one. The villa was spacious and comfortable, the bed was comfortable and the pool was very large and well maintained. The main shower was great too. There were only a few minor downsides - the second shower is in a room with no windows so we didn’t use it, and the sink is separate, without towel holders. The kitchen is in an exterior room, making it awkward to use and the air con in the main bedroom is quite loud. Also the interior cleaning during our stay wasn’t up to the usual standard we expect at this type of accommodation. For example, used dishes were not removed, bench tops were not wiped down, mini bar was not restocked. But overall it’s a great place to stay and we would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Bao’s villa! The space was spacious, clean, and completely private—with our own pool, which was a real highlight. Breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning, and Bao was incredibly kind and helpful. The location is great—about 10 minutes to the old town and 15 to the beach by Grab. Highly recommended!

This place was what I expected from Vietnam. This place was bit away from the big cities, but since I had motorbike, I could get here not that hard. Beach is right in front of the hotel, and there are only few locals on that long beach line so I could enjoy myself just sitting there for hours. The house was new and nicely built. There was little bit of communication issue because hosts couldn’t speak English, but they were very kind :) Awesome place for lone travelers and maybe couples who want to be away from people and noise.

More then I expected. Loved the vegan lunches, the community spirit, and the calm aura of this place and the friendly people. Hope to visit once again in the near future! 🍉 Martine

It's so nice ^^ All the families come together Our children are swimming in the pool It is said that happiness is like this feeling when you come out and rest. If you want to relax in a really quiet place I recommend it bao host laundry room service ice box, etc. I really try my best I'm staying for 3 nights and leaving tomorrow. Next, my mother I'm going to bring it with me ^^

This calm house is an absolute gem! If you are looking for more than a comfy room to sleep in, this place is for you. Rosy, Lee and their staff make you feel welcome right from the start. In fact, the calm house feels more like a home than a hotel. We learned about Vietnamese culture, how to make the local egg coffee, and enjoyed one of Lee's massive pizzas (absolutely delicious). The guests were a great mix - From backpackers to digital nomads and families, and great conversations were sparked in the common spaces. The rooms were clean and cozy. You could easily just have a nice private holiday here, but if you're looking for more of an experience, Rosy and Lee got you covered as well. We will come back for sure. Thank you for the great time guys :)

We had an amazing stay at Palm View Villa! Bao's hospitality and attention to detail made our experience truly unforgettable. The villa was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Highlight is the Breakfast.. so goooood We especially appreciated the villa's proximity to Hoi An's ancient town We highly recommend staying here. 😍😍

This is a great place away from the masses of hoi an. Quiet area. Excellent staff. Friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Big rooms, nice shower. Good wifi aircon and nice bed Hired a motor bike through them that was not great old and poorly serviced. But it was convenient. If I stayed longer would have rented direct for better quality and price. But this is an excellent Airbnb. In the area it's hard to beat. Even a small swimming pool. 10 out of 10 great value

This quiet and quaint place is located just a short walk to the bridge from where all the attractions are. The staff are very attentive to your needs, making sure that our stay was enjoyable as possible. They took care of transportation from and to the airport, scooter rental, tour and show bookings. 100% would suggest Ngoc’s place for anyone looking quiet get away but still close to all the things you want to do.

Great place to stay! Secluded yet not too far off Hoi An City Centre. Rooms were beautiful, clean and nicely furnished. Every staff interaction was lovely and I would stay there again should I return to Hoi An.

This place is so amazing - it's actually better than the display pictures. located in a super calm and peaceful area yet walkable from the main hoi an steets and markets. they had bicycles to use if we do not want to walk in the sun. Toan along with all the staff were super helpful and polite - our request for vegan options in the breakfast was very well taken care of, thank you for that. wifi worked well - many daily needs stores and restaurants in the vicinity. overall it was a great stay - will recommend this place to others and surely would like to visit again. Thank you again Toan and team for the hospitality. 🙏

Outstanding! Hung provides an amazing opportunity to become involved in the local community and to soak up the environment/culture/cuisine, etc. Communication was rapid and easy and an airport pick up was able to be arranged before our arrival. His whole family was extremely accommodating and very friendly. The cottage was spacious and offered comfortable beds. Air conditioning and fans are available to keep one cool and made it easy to fall asleep. If you have any requests, need some tips on what to see or what food to try, Hung will help you. He is very knowledgeable! A well deserved super host! Other: bikes are available to use, beautiful garden area/pond, nice open outdoor lounge area near the kitchen; Hungs cooking is probably better than what you would get at many restaurants in town. Nice bike ride to Hoi An center or to the beach. Even easier if you grab a motor bike.
