Glide from bedroom, to sauna, to open terrace at a sophisticated apartment with striking contemporary flourishes. Windows soar to 5m-high ceilings, and circular mirrors sparkle in the light. Parquet floors and fluffy textiles add depth and warmth. Please notice that we are taking extra care to disinfect our space due to COVID-19 to make sure our guests feel comfortable. Two floor loft is situated on top floor, has sauna, balcony and open terrace. There are 3 rooms and all amenities for a pleasant stay. It’s ideal stay for 4, but can accommodate up to 6. There is open living room with nice modern kitchen including all utensils needed for cooking. Bedroom on 1st floor has 2 comfortable single beds, wardrobe, darken curtains. Bedroom on 2nd floor with queen-size bed is open to living room downstairs. Living room sofa-bed can be opened for 2 if needed. 2 modern bathrooms with shower and toilets, sauna, washing machine, dishwasher, flat TV and high-speed WiFi. The floor is from wooden parquet, ceiling is 5 m high, there are large windows and sea view. Safe parking space in the building is available on request. Our apartment is meant for families or trustful group of friends. Parties, events or loud noise are not allowed. Apartment is non-smoking, smoking is allowed only outside the building. Brand new 2-room apartment with sea view from the balcony in newly built (2023) house, located in trendy Kalaranna area. Nearby is the sea, Tallinn’s old town, walking promenade, museums and many other attractions. Michelin star restaurant „180°“ and “Lore” are very close. This is the home of Maria and Aku (young and playful dog). Since we love to travel and spend time away from home, we decided to list our apartment on AirBnB on those days that we are away. So please keep in mind that personal belongings will be in the apartment and we expect you to treat our home as nicely as possible. The apartment itself is 43m2 with one bedroom and opened livingroom with kitchen. Kitchen is well equipped with all that you might need (nothing too fancy) to cook a nice meal.

This romantic apartment has the best view in town. It is perfectly located near the harbour and only 2 min walk to old town. Grocery store about 300m, bakery shop 400m, restaurants 200m. Event center Kultuurikatel 3 min walk. Train station and renovated market and newest hipster area only one stop with a tram (or 10 min by walking). There are all the essentials You need for Your stay (linen and towels, kitchen ware, fridge and espresso/latte machine. Free parking on the street.
