Monthly Rentals in Talent

We enjoyed our stay at the 1910 Orchard cottage. Everything was terrific, Leslie communicated easily and often, we slept comfortably, and the shower was excellent! Thank you for hosting us on our trip to Ashland.

Nice space, in a 10 minute drive to the Shakespearean festival, which we were in the area for. Everything is clean and neat, and would be glad to stay again. Well, pretty much. The kitchen was a weird mix of really nice touches, and then lacking some of the basics, which was a little surprising. For instance, hardly any glasses, and no wine glasses at all, which is strange in a wine tasting area. But some of the shelves were stocked with miscellaneous food and other things, which was great. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again with four people, but with six people, the living room has furniture/seating for only four people, as does the dining room table. I thought it was a little strange, but not that big a deal.

Melanies’s place is exactly as pictured- everything is pristine and new and thoughtfully decorated. The mattresses are super comfy and the kitchen has everything you need. Great communication from the host and an ideal location if you are visiting Talent or Ashland. I would go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it!
