The deck has patio furniture and a propane fireplace. Next to the rental suite is a log home that the property owners live in.

The suite has 1 bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, a full bathroom, a kitchenette and a sitting area where a pellet stove provides warmth around the clock. Street Parking is available in FRONT of the house.
