We had a rocky start mostly due to jet-lag and my own inability to follow simple directions but once we got settled in this was everything Panatda said it was and more. Panatda was very responsive and and answered questions quickly and completely. Great location and great host

Great place within walking distance of restaurants and only a five minute walk to the beach where there are plenty of activities including parasailing, diving, jet skiing, and lounging under a beach umbrella while getting full service with beer and food. Pool and jacuzzi at the top floor with a beautiful view.

Stayed for 3 weeks ! Lovely villa well furnished and felt like home ,nice garden and a good sized swimming pool.

I got really good memory in this place. very clean and peaceful. There are everything to stay. The host was fantastic. Because she had deep consideration and hospitality. If I travel to here I will stay again.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. In all honesty, it was the best condo I've stayed in here in Pattaya. The condo itself was super clean. All the amenities were amazing. Rooftop infinity pool was just absolutely beautiful. The view from the condo was just amazing. This condo was a much better stay then most hotels. Thanks Supinda for being such a great host.

I usually stay at Unixx because it is within walking distance (10 minutes on foot) to entertainment venues. This is the most tidy, clean and best quality house I've ever stayed in. Everything that should be in the house has been thoughtfully placed. Communication with the host was very fast and solution-oriented. Would definitely recommend to all

I really can't think the host for all the help and prompt responses ,it was a great place convenient to everything I will hopefully find another of chens places on my return trip.

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.
