a rustic kiwi farm adventure was just what my central London based nieces needed. The carpet might be a bit old but it made up for it with bunk beds, a trampoline, a flying fox, a freindly farm cat, 3 dogs, horses, sheep, cows and a pink bathtub. We loved the fireplace, the view is stunning and our hosts were friendly as. Don't be fooled by its rough edges, this is kiwi farm at its best.

COWS!!! So cool to see all the cows hanging out when we arrived. This place is super cute, very vibey. Love the little basket we got for check in, and we were worried about it getting cold but the diesel heater kept it super toasty. What a great retreat on our trip south. Loved it!

i booked the cottage for a few days to recharge over a long weekend. when i got there i found a quiet well appointed wee place. the host went out of her way to help me relax - including topping up the firewood on a cold and blustery day - so that i could sit inside by the fire in bliss. totally recommend!
