New kitchen, cladding and windows etc. Patio to side and a decking to the front to enjoy the bush, bird songs and great sunsets. Stunning views. Well behaved pets welcome with prior approval. Excellent location, quick walk to Estuary with Marina, cafes/restaurants. Ocean beach is also 5 minutes walk via a cliff path. Tairua shops are a few minutes drive.

Ocean Cliff Court overlooks the stunning Blackjack Reef which is 15 minutes’ drive north of Whitianga. This 2 bedroom house was completed in 2017 and can accommodate up to 6 adults - there are 2 Queen beds and a fold out couch. It has a large deck with outdoor furniture and sea views. Located on a beautiful 1 acre property above Kuaotunu Village which is only 3 minutes’ walk from the beach, local pizzeria, cafe and shop.
