Your Air Conditioned accoms are a small Off Grid Tiny Home. It is situated in Taumārere just out of Kawakawa on SH11 on the way to Paihia on our working Regenerative Farm. Specifically built for couples to enjoy the privacy and beautiful farm views over green paddocks to the Cycleway and Vintage Railway. Our tiny house is intimate, open plan, with a small kitchen incl a double gas stovetop and a wee fridge/freezer. Check out our waterhole, walk with the cows, relax and enjoy! Paihia 17min drive

Oak Tree Hut

Rustic built wooden hut on our hillside rural property. One comfortable single bed . Breakfast corner window overlooking the fields and SH10 or outside on the little deck. Toilet and shower is at the main house which has its own seperate entrance and will be shared with other guests if they are occupying the other larger Cabin . Outside of the Main house there’s a cooking area , 2 gas points, pots,pans etc and Internet available in this area.. also double sink to wash up. Large parking area. .

The studio entails a comfortable queen bed, a 3 seater sofa bed, wardrobe. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.
