I thank Mr. Adnan and the Guardian of Al-Falah Muhammad Kabir on their good dealings, kindness, literature and their strong understanding of all our requests. They were more than collaborators and we were honored to have been in this beautiful place of services. The cleanliness above the level and the guard is available at any time and very helpful, the outdoor session is beautifully in this atmosphere and time and we enjoyed it very much. The toilets are blessed with heaters, and the kitchen has bilat, pots, dishes, spoons and knives. At the time of our entry, the refrigerator had refrigerated cans, the beds and mattresses are clean, and there is a washing machine and a gas oven. The inside is very warm and this was a good thing in the air, a very beautiful experience that I undoubtedly repeat.

Worth every penny! The unit was very new, clean and has complete set of things a traveler needs. Spacious and located next to restaurant, Masjid and convenient store. Also quite near to the heart of Taif, Masjid Abdullah ibnu Abbas.

Saad's place was great. I stayed there with my family and we had a good time. We liked the apartament as it had all the amenities and looked exactly like in the pictures. The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable, and the living room is welcoming after a long day of sightseeing. The check-in process went smooth and we felt right at home. The apartament is also close from supermarkets and a few restaurants, but since Taif is a big city, you'll probably gonna need a car or Uber to get around the touristy places. Saad gave us a few tips and suggestions to visit, wich made our trip more enjoyable.
