Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. New renovations in 2024. Absolute hidden gem in the Saikung Area. Consist of 3bedroom and 3bathroom. Massive balcony gives you the perfect place to enjoy sunshine. Lots of greenery nearby. Definitely no car horning or any noise pollution. 1600sq includes the outdoor seating area. Family or group of friends are welcome! With also a parking space for free. 1minutes walk from the mini bus station to Saikung.

Modern luxury in prime location

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Sandra’s home was amazing. I was very comfortable and felt right at home. She was very helpful and communicative. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend Sandra’s place if you are looking for accommodation in Discovery Bay.

It was a great location, lots of restaurants, its by the olympic train station, 7/11 and bank are at the corner. checkin had great instructions but do note you'll want to review before getting there if your phone internet is slow (videos are very helpful but you'll have to download). Also you might need we chat, thankfully it has a translate feature. Apartment was pretty much as described, a bit small but to be expected, very clean, great air conditioning, i think there was only one cup but no big deal, shower was phenomenal.

We had such a great stay at Lauren's place. Communication was very smooth via an instant messenger app beforehand - even video instructions of the function of the kitchen appliances where given, although we only used the kitchen for breakfast. Great Western standard beds and mattresses (not too hard) as well as well equipped spacious bathrooms. An overview document had all the information we needed (door codes, contact details, ferry and bus schedules etc). It was very nice to have the services of the helper who picked us up from the Airport bus to help us with the luggage on arrival and departure. Most of all we appreciated her help with doing the laundry twice during our 10 days of stay. Thanks Lauren for opening up your beautiful home to us! Looking forward to the next time in Hong Kong.

This is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong. I had a great stay with a few of my mates, where we were able to enjoy the footy after our BBQ at the nearby BBQ spot. The house is very big, so it was spacious and getting multiple floors was the cherry on top because we had that privacy all to ourselves. Additionally, the rooftop had unmatched ambience - this is good for people wanting to rent this place as the views are breathtaking and even if it starts to rain the umbrella really does cover everyone. Lastly, the pizza next door has extremely good deals and tastes very nice. All in all, a great experience, would highly recommend!

Cozy home for TV - 1200 sq ft Garden

Everything about our experience was carefully considered and thought out by David. We felt right at home and were very well cared for. I would definitely recommend the house for our friends!!! The location is perfect for a getaway retreat from the bustling cityscape into a more wildness, scenic and cultural experience. There is too much to say about this stay - it is really a place to experience.

Village House Single Bed

Kay Wan is so nice that full refund by me trouble to get the limited ferry. I know it's a nice place, but should check the schedule of the ferry from Ma Liu Shui 馬料水 carefully and apply the permit if take ferry from Sha Tau Kok 沙頭角。

I live in a location near Huangpu for the first time. It feels comfortable. You can see the sea in two steps downstairs. There is a bus stop downstairs. It is not far from the subway station, and the service staff in the community is also very friendly.Thank you for providing such a nice house. The room is very spacious and bright. The host is also very communicative. It is a friendly person.👍🏻
