Beautiful apartment, clean, comfortable, divine view, very nice. Located very close to the beach and in conjunction with the adjacent shopping center that has different restaurants, stores and supermarkets with long hours. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back.

I would definitely come back to get away with Mr. Juan Fernando, the location of the apartment, the service from the building staff, how attentive he was to every detail and every moment of the day, his excellent recommendations regarding local places for activities in general was a 10/10. We had a great stay. The apartment is very beautiful, it is very well equipped and everything works very well. The beds are very good, the sheets are delicious. Excellent communication with Javier and the location is close to both the beach and the Zazue shopping center. We would definitely come back.

The apartment is beautiful, it has a terrace that makes the place a unique and charming space, with a divine sea view, the decoration is very cozy, the place has everything you need to be very comfortable. The building's facilities are nice and the fact that it's next to the shopping mall makes everything very easy, supermarket and restaurant right next door. The beach just two blocks away. We loved it and can't wait to come back.

Spectacular apartment that felt like home from the beginning. Perfect for kids, exploring outside of the bubble of the resort or just laying around the more than comfortable apartment. Exceptional facilities like the Infinity pool, the maintained and guarded beach and even access to the main irotama resort grounds. Would recommend to anybody thinking about going. We will definitely plan to come back!, Katy was nice and very responsive to our requests, very quiet and peaceful (even the shared areas) which is exactly what we were looking for, the personal were extremely nice, the jacuzzi was great and the instructions easy to follow and clear, the kitchen had everything that you could need and more.. there’s the Zazue mall very close which has all the restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores coffee shops hair salon and more..

For Colombia, it’s a very modern and luxurious apartment in downtown Santa Marta. Big and open, homey, private. Almost everything you need. Leo was very open, honest, informative, accommodating, helpful, and understanding. Ask him any questions you have before booking, and he’ll answer and be glad to help. I would stay with him again!

It was really good we enjoyed the stay

The house is very nice, the furniture is new , it is one block from the beach in a very good sector. In high season you should have patience why it travels a lot of tourist through the sector. it has a caregiver who is very attentive to order, toilet of the mini set. is removed from the rodadero and that helps not feel harassed with so much vendor in the beach area. it has a shopping center 10 minutes walk away and an Olympic two blocks away this is a great advantage not to take out the vehicles in high season that Santa Marta becomes heavy in mobility in the holiday season.

Wow!! Wow! Wow! If you have the chance to stay here. Don’t hesitate. You’ll find yourself truly immersed in the tropical forests of the Sierra Nevada. The views here are breathtaking. The sunsets to die for. The service is absolutely TOP notch - the team here are incredibly outgoing and wonderfully kind. The food delicious and nutritious. Lodging is I immaculate. You will spend your days bathing in the rivers, finding magical waterfalls and exploring beautiful trails. An absolute paradise. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so perfect. You have truly created the most beautiful little hideaway. Don’t think twice. Book it. Unwind. Breathe. Reconnect with nature. Awesome place! Perfect for a family trip. It’s close to the beach and the airport, and very cost-effective. The hosts are amazing—May is always happy to help and has great local contacts for things like food delivery right to the house and reliable taxi or van rides. Mildre also cooks delicious meals! We had an excellent experience—my family enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended!

I traveled with my family (my husband and 3 children) and we loved it. The apartment is a duplex, nice and very comfortable. Excellent location, you can leave the apartment elevator and a few meters away you have the shopping center with absolutely everything you need during your stay: supermarket, pharmacies, variety of restaurants, coffee, hairdresser and spa, boutiques... in short, everything at your fingertips. Zazué square is very nice and safe. Andrea responds very quickly and is always willing to assist in everything. We would definitely like to come to this nice place when we return to Santa Marta

Excellent apartment, everything is very clean, organized, the towels and sheets are of the best quality, there was everything in the kitchenware, the photos totally matched what the apartment is. Leidy, the person who received us, is very friendly and the owner David was always attentive to us, giving us useful information for our stay. I really liked the location 3 blocks from the beach. From the airport you can take a bus and it leaves you one block from the building. The service at the reception was very good, very friendly, the apartment was what I expected, I would stay again.
