A very comfortable apartment, with everything you need for your stay. Everything works perfectly. The location is very good, as you are close to a shopping mall and a food area and 10 minutes from the beach.

I would definitely come back to get away with Mr. Juan Fernando, the location of the apartment, the service from the building staff, how attentive he was to every detail and every moment of the day, his excellent recommendations regarding local places for activities in general was a 10/10. Definitely recommended, excellent host, excellent place. There are no words to express my gratitude and pleasure with the place and the host. My family and I will remember and treasure this experience as the best among the best. Thank you and thank you very much.

We had a great stay. The apartment is very beautiful, it is very well equipped and everything works very well. The beds are very good, the sheets are delicious. Excellent communication with Javier and the location is close to both the beach and the Zazue shopping center. We would definitely come back.

The apartment is beautiful, it has a terrace that makes the place a unique and charming space, with a divine sea view, the decoration is very cozy, the place has everything you need to be very comfortable. The building's facilities are nice and the fact that it's next to the shopping mall makes everything very easy, supermarket and restaurant right next door. The beach just two blocks away. We loved it and can't wait to come back.

Spectacular apartment that felt like home from the beginning. Perfect for kids, exploring outside of the bubble of the resort or just laying around the more than comfortable apartment. Exceptional facilities like the Infinity pool, the maintained and guarded beach and even access to the main irotama resort grounds. Would recommend to anybody thinking about going. We will definitely plan to come back!, Katy was nice and very responsive to our requests, very quiet and peaceful (even the shared areas) which is exactly what we were looking for, the personal were extremely nice, the jacuzzi was great and the instructions easy to follow and clear, the kitchen had everything that you could need and more.. there’s the Zazue mall very close which has all the restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores coffee shops hair salon and more..

For Colombia, it’s a very modern and luxurious apartment in downtown Santa Marta. Big and open, homey, private. Almost everything you need. Leo was very open, honest, informative, accommodating, helpful, and understanding. Ask him any questions you have before booking, and he’ll answer and be glad to help. I would stay with him again!

Edu and Jessi's apartment is super nice and comfortable, with spectacular ocean views. Everything was super clean and impeccable. The building has many amenities such as swimming pools, restaurants, beach bar, mini markets, and a cafe. You don't need to go anywhere to have a good time. We definitely plan to return. Thank you very much for your hospitality

It was really good we enjoyed the stay

The house is very nice, the furniture is new , it is one block from the beach in a very good sector. In high season you should have patience why it travels a lot of tourist through the sector. it has a caregiver who is very attentive to order, toilet of the mini set. is removed from the rodadero and that helps not feel harassed with so much vendor in the beach area. it has a shopping center 10 minutes walk away and an Olympic two blocks away this is a great advantage not to take out the vehicles in high season that Santa Marta becomes heavy in mobility in the holiday season.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house located in the center of Santa Marta. The location was ideal for walking to the lively area near Parque de los Novios. It was far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful, which allowed us a good night's sleep. The outdoor space is perfect! We look forward to coming back one day!

Wow!! Wow! Wow! If you have the chance to stay here. Don’t hesitate. You’ll find yourself truly immersed in the tropical forests of the Sierra Nevada. The views here are breathtaking. The sunsets to die for. The service is absolutely TOP notch - the team here are incredibly outgoing and wonderfully kind. The food delicious and nutritious. Lodging is I immaculate. You will spend your days bathing in the rivers, finding magical waterfalls and exploring beautiful trails. An absolute paradise. We couldn’t have asked for more. The house is beautiful, as in the photos, the administrator was very good she helped us with messengers, restaurants, but as for the beach it is far from the house not as proposed in the photos, the commerce is very retired from the house, I recommend the place when it takes its own car, otherwise it becomes a little strenuous to pay for vehicles to go to buy food or when other things are needed, in general everything is super well, I have the house in its very complete interior, comfortable and cozy

I traveled with my family (my husband and 3 children) and we loved it. The apartment is a duplex, nice and very comfortable. Excellent location, you can leave the apartment elevator and a few meters away you have the shopping center with absolutely everything you need during your stay: supermarket, pharmacies, variety of restaurants, coffee, hairdresser and spa, boutiques... in short, everything at your fingertips. Zazué square is very nice and safe. Andrea responds very quickly and is always willing to assist in everything. We would definitely like to come to this nice place when we return to Santa Marta

The experience was very good. The place was very clean, as seen in the photos, and very tidy. In addition, access was quick and hassle-free, the facilities were very good and the location was close to the beach. I recommend it without hesitation!

Miguel is a great host, was easy to communicate with and he’s very helpful. Building and Airbnb are just like you see in the photos, I had a great stayed. I highly recommend.

We had an awesome experience staying at Diana’s place. The communication was clear and prompt from the very beginning, which made check-in super easy. The apartment was exactly as described; clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect and convenient for exploring the area. Diana was very welcoming and attentive, making sure we had a smooth and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
