Townhome vacation rentals in Tacoma

We had a great stay at Amir & Amy’s place. It was an extremely convenient location as we have family living in the neighborhood. We have stayed in other units in the area and this one was the best with plenty of space, a clean & well-apportioned kitchen, and comfortable & quiet bedrooms. One point to note: there are two long stairways…one from ground level to the kitchen/living and then from there to the bedroom level. Good handrails and not an issue unless stairs are a concern for you. The area is awesome for walking. We wandered through the nearby streets, admiring the pretty gardens, and houses. Phinney Ridge is a short distance east, although a steep climb. There you can find many food & drink choices, as well as Ken’s Market for groceries. In summary, this is a great place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants and easy access to the rest of the Seattle’s fine sights, activities and entertainment.

This townhome was lovely, very new and fresh and clean. The location is amazing with walk ability to grocery store, restaurants, and public transit. The hosts were very quick to respond with questions, even sending someone out to help with the TV. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Seattle!

Erin and Shawn were super responsive and super helpful (be sure to check out their blog!). Their rooftop patio offers spectacular views of downtown and the Space Needle, and their place is accessible via the Capitol Hill rail station--and within walking distance of almost everything you'll want to do. Highly recommend!

My third time and I'm already booked for a 4th visit. The location is perfect. Walking distance to so many restaurants. Comfortable and spacious. It's starting to feel like our home away from home.

I stayed here with my family (all adults) over the holidays. The house was well appointed (except for a dinner table -- it does have a kitchen breakfast bar). The host was responsive. The house is located in a very walkable area, close to lots of activities, restaurants and coffee shops.

Ruby's place was in a great location with everything so close. It has peaceful and beautiful views of the city and mountains. It looked just like the pictures described and felt clean. It was a short drive to everywhere you want to visit in the city. It was a perfect size for our family of 5. The only thing I would have loved was maybe one more TV in one of the rooms to wind down after all of the exploring. We had the kids hogging the TV with cartoons our entire stay. The other thing would be maybe some blinds or curtain on the front door for privacy at night. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place.

i've never used airbnb before this and Tri made it really easy for me. only stayed one night in seattle but it was the perfect spot for my friends and i. perfect for a group of 3 and we had plenty of space for our stuff. super simple process would definitely recommend it.

Easy access to Redmond, very walkable to everything. 425 Fitness gym close by one the best!

My husband and I arrived late in Seattle, but Derek was very flexible and kind enough to host us at such short notice. Very communicative. The townhouse is exactly as described, clean and tidy. Loved the roof terrace for evening drinks and morning coffee. Very cool neighborhood and lots to do. Parking is a bit tricky, not many spots on the street available and the overnight parking garage are not recommended as most cars were broken into. But everything is within walking distance so not a problem for us after we parked the car in front of the house. I would definitely come back, it's private, yet I'm the middle of city hussle and bussle. We really enjoyed ourselves in this house. A real gem.

Blair's place was a very pleasant stay for the four of us. It was extremely clean, spacious and had a great rooftop spot. It was an easy 10-15 minute walk to the train that we used to go to T-Mobile park and the airport. Plenty of food choices within walking distance. Blair was easy to communicate with and we thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in Seattle.

We really enjoyed our stay in this Tukwila home! Everything went well, and the place matched the description perfectly. The beds were comfortable. The house had everything we needed, except for a kettle, which would have been nice to have. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant and convenient stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had such an incredible stay. The location is beautiful, the views from the large bedroom and the roof are absolutely breathtaking at sunset. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked, with clear labels and instructions on everything. We were in town for a concert at T-Mobile, which was only about a 35 minute walk. There are plenty of walkable restaurants and stores, but without the stress of being right downtown. Just about a 10 minute walk North was a great 2-mile path we used to run in the mornings. I would for sure stay here for a second. I kind of want to go back already!

We enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean and each floor has a separate AC/heater. There’s also a game room and it’s convenient to walk to Trader Joe. However, I hope the host could provide better cookwares in metal or wood. The current cookwares are in plastic which aren’t good for cooking.

House was a great layout for a group with three adults and three kids. The three levels gave privacy and separation. Stocked with fresh linens and towels. Closet had hangers and ample storage space to unpack. We rented a car and found it was the only way to travel to touristy locations. Area was not walkable (not too many things near) but there was a fun playground one block away. Playground was approved by all three kids - 13,10,7. Do t miss the great “list of things to do” the host supplies. We did many of the things on list and found it to be an accurate guide to enjoying the city.

Highly recommend The Cozy Cascade! The host was incredibly responsive and super friendly. Very clear instructions, and the home was beautiful. More than enough room for 8 guests.

Jared's place is wonderful. Very clean, well stocked with anything one could possibly need, including quality towels and linens. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is great. Jared is friendly, responsive and has thought of absolutely everything. The neighborhood feels quite safe, considering it is very close to a light rail station, and Columbia City is a delightful neighborhood. We could not have been happier.

This place was absolutely perfect and I hope to stay here every time I visit my brother in Seattle. The rooftop patio was such a bonus, my cousins and I loved spending time up there enjoying the views and weather. Karl was super responsive and proactive with information, everything was clear and easy. The bonus is the rooms and bathrooms are large and also there is a desk in the middle floor bedroom, which really came in handy to get some work done while we were there.

This was a great place for my friends and I to stay for our concert at Lumen Field! Always a quick drive away from all the amenities and activities Seattle has to offer as well.

Great central location. We were there for work so our most important thing is comfortable beds and quiet at night. This house had that!

We enjoyed our stay at Jessica’s townhouse. She was extremely communicative, accommodating and pleasant. The house was thoroughly clean, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The townhouse was located in the Fremont area, 10 to 15 minutes by Uber. The house is also on the public transit route. The #5 bus will take you to downtown area (bus stop is directly across the street from the house). Enjoyed the rooftop patio, it was beautifully decorated with fantastic views. Great townhome with amazing views and proximity to so much. As described; the photos capture the spaces well. Clean. Comfortable beds. Good showers. Our family loved Capitol Hill. Responsive and welcoming hosts.

Lovely Host, very responsive. Great location if you are of drinking age. Still plenty to do without drinking but ballard is really known for its brewers. Very walkable and lime scooters are in abundance.

We loved our stay at Brian and Anh’s Airbnb. The place was nicely furnished and very comfortable, with a spacious and nicely set up kitchen. The neighborhood was walkable with supermarkets a half hour away. Using the bus system was also really easy with convenient bus stops 150 feet away.

Awesome stay in Seattle! Fantastic location, very walkable neighborhood. Walked to grab groceries, coffee, dinner, shopping, Kerry Park, and the Space Needle. Convenient to Pike Place Market too. Loved the rooftop deck! Would definitely stay here again.
