El Rincón de Chona

A spacious apartment ideal for a family or group of friends, very well lit, with windows facing outwards in all the rooms. It is very close to the connections with the main highways of the island, and is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city. It is not located in the historic center of San Cristóbal de la Laguna. But you can get to it in a very short time if you have a car, in ten minutes you are in the center. There are two shopping malls near the apartment.

This beautiful, newly designed. It is 100% sustainable, using renewable energy, it has installed photovoltaic panels that are powered by the sun that is enjoyed all year round. The house is in a quiet location, with a wonderful view of the Anaga mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. The city of La Laguna, a World Heritage Site, is only a few minutes drive away. An ideal starting point to explore the beauty of the island. Important to have a car to fully enjoy the house.

All public services, tram 200 meters away (San Jerónimo stop) Bus, pharmacies, supermarkets, cafes, etc in the area. Also very close to several commercial spaces where you can find a great deal in restoration and commerce. Very close to University Hospital and Candelaria, just 2 stops from the tram , or even walking. Links to South and North highways. Aeropuerto Norte (Los Rodeos) 8 minutes by car, la Laguna 4 Km, Playa la Nea 7 km and Playa las Teresitas 11 Km.

Located in a beautiful house of rationalist design, built by a renowned Canarian architect of the time, Tenerife's D. J.E. Marrero Regalado. Being located on the main road that connects Santa Cruz with La Laguna, some sensitive visitors who are not used to urban centers may find the sound of traffic annoying, but the ease of parking can compensate. :)

I'm very happy with my stay. The apartment was well prepared and clean. The gentleman roommate is very tidy, and you don't even notice his presence on a daily basis, and you can always count on his help if needed. The neighbors were also very nice :) There is a large shopping mall nearby where you can buy everything. Apartment in the capital of Tenerife, however, in a quiet area. Highly recommend! It's hard to find a better value for the price ;)

Bharat and his parents were very friendly — I very much enjoyed my stay with them. The room is clean and as pictured and the apartment is not a far walk from many of Santa Cruz'z main attractions. Really good value and would recommend to anybody looking for a nice room to stay in. They went above a beyond as hosts, offering tea, cookies, and friendly conversation during my stay. Thank you again!

Sofia’s place was really incredible. Everything was as perfect as they seemed in the photos and even better. Well equipped with all the tools that someone will need for their vocations. The communication was impeccable and the whole experience was perfect. We highly recommend sofias place if someone wants to visit Tenerife this is right place to stay.
