If you dream to stay in a living painting of the ocean this is your house! Huge frameless sliding windows make you feel as if you were on a ship but with all modern comfort you can wish for. You have a large balcony and a patio with an outdoor shower and a barbecue area. Set in the fishermen town of Bocacangrejo, nestled between the hills and the ocean far away from mass tourism but on only 10 minutes by car from the centre of Santa Cruz making it the ideal location to explore the island.

A spacious apartment ideal for a family or group of friends, very well lit, with windows facing outwards in all the rooms. It is very close to the connections with the main highways of the island, and is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city. It is not located in the historic center of San Cristóbal de la Laguna. But you can get to it in a very short time if you have a car, in ten minutes you are in the center. There are two shopping malls near the apartment.

The house is in a quiet location, with a wonderful view of the Anaga mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. The city of La Laguna, a World Heritage Site, is only a few minutes drive away. All public services, tram 200 meters away (San Jerónimo stop) Bus, pharmacies, supermarkets, cafes, etc in the area. Also very close to several commercial spaces where you can find a great deal in restoration and commerce. Very close to University Hospital and Candelaria, just 2 stops from the tram , or even walking. Links to South and North highways. Aeropuerto Norte (Los Rodeos) 8 minutes by car, la Laguna 4 Km, Playa la Nea 7 km and Playa las Teresitas 11 Km.

Being located on the main road that connects Santa Cruz with La Laguna, some sensitive visitors who are not used to urban centers may find the sound of traffic annoying, but the ease of parking can compensate. :)

Staying at Sara's was great! A very nice host and everything was very clean. I'd love to come back.

I'm very happy with my stay. The apartment was well prepared and clean. The gentleman roommate is very tidy, and you don't even notice his presence on a daily basis, and you can always count on his help if needed. The neighbors were also very nice :) There is a large shopping mall nearby where you can buy everything. Apartment in the capital of Tenerife, however, in a quiet area. Highly recommend! It's hard to find a better value for the price ;)
