The best place to stay in Tacloban if you want to save money and avoid Downtown area. Their internet connection is also fast makes it easier to work, the rooms are pretty basic but you get what you paid for. The location is not that hard to find, although I would recommend using Maxim app to book a trike as they charge more reasonable compared to the ones you get from the streets.

My family was very happy and enjoyed their stay in the place. Definitely will consider next trip. The property was big and very clean with all basic necessities was available to used. I think this is the best apartment you can find in central Ormoc City. It is set up great, especially for longer stays. The pictures are accurate & everything is very clean and works properly. The ocean is ~ 500 M away. Walking into town to the central market is about 1.2 KM. Walking to the Gaisano Mall and/or the SM Mall is 800 M to 1 KM. There is also a sari sari store called the White Market just at the top of the street on the main road, maybe like 100 M. You can buy basic needs there (snacks, drinks, soap, diapers, rice, eggs, milk, load etc). Tricycles are available right at the main road also. There is also a Foodpanda here if you need food delivery. The host Jan has been great to communicate with and is really sweet. The property caretaker Jennlyn is very helpful and takes really good care of the property. She has been awesome to have around & is really sweet and helpful. Overall it has been a really nice stay & I would definitely recommend staying here without hesitation.

Ms Ai and her husband are super nice and their dog is super friendly and a good boy! They are responsive during our stay and came to the flat every now and then to check on us. Definitely would recommend the place for everyone who comes to Borongan City! Absolutely fantastic stay in this is awesome space, feels like we are at home with a relative, our whole stay was very relaxing and comfortable. We are touched by the simple things they put inside the flat like coffee, soap, tissues, gallon of water, they are very thoughtful of our stay. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need! Would def visit again! :)
