The apartment is located next to a wonderful small lake in the area of Sóstó. 72 sqm, 3 rooms, small kitchen, spacious dining room, bathroom with bathtub, shower, and separate toilet. The house has two small terraces, where it is ideal to have breakfast and dinner in good weather. There is a barbecue in the small garden. Recommended especially for families and groups of friends. Hungary's most famous zoo and a super adventure bath are within walking distance of the house. The apartment is in a peaceful environment, but close to everything.

The house is well equipped, you can barbecue in the garden, play, sunbathe, barbecue on the huge veranda, eat and talk. It can even hold small family events, but it can also be a great starting point for hiking. Parking is handled for multiple cars. Grocery store 300m away.

The house has 5 rooms with private bathrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 4 on the floor. Community togetherness is provided by a spacious kitchen, dining room and living room on the ground floor. The courtyard has a covered patio, philiter, grill and bacon oven about 50 m2.
