The lower one is for 4, the upper one is for 6 people. Bathrooms with shower, toilets, equipped kitchens. Air conditioners, TVs, free wifi. In the garage, 2 cars can park for free, and 1 more car can park directly in front of the apartments on the street, free of charge. The houses are located in the former Vásárhely-Kutasipuszta, in today's Székkutas IV. district, which can be reached on the main road 47 between Székkutas and Orosháza. The two houses are located on the last street in front of the lake, almost directly connected to the beautiful lake, just a few steps from the Kakasszék Health Institute and about 5 kilometers from the popular Gyopárosfürdő.

Our apartment is located in the heart of Békéscsaba, in the Europa House, so we rightly call it the “most downtown” apartment”. The house is located within walking distance of the popular and busy “walking” street, which can be reached via the Europa promenade. Thus, there are several restaurants, bakeries, cafés, confectioneries, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, drugstores and pharmacies within 50 meters of our apartment. City events and event centers are a few minutes' walk away.
