Beautiful, modern, bright and newly furnished apartment with balcony in the 13rd district close to the Danube! FREE PARKING in the garage. Lovely and peaceful location, however it has quick access to the city center (Deák square 12 min by metro/no transfer). The metro station is 150 m from the apartment! Free gifts for our guests! It can accommodate 4 people. The air-conditioned apartment has a bedroom for two (king bed - 180x200), a spacious living room with a sofa-bed for two (150x200).

Near the lake Velence (5 min. by car/15-20 min. on foot) is our holiday home. It is ideal for 6-7 persons. For children swing, sandbox in the garden. 5 minutes from us there is a large soccer field to play football. The cottage consists of the following areas: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom. Wonderful and private place to stay. Kitchen is fully equipped, as well as the garden, and it is just a 15 min walk to the Danube for a swim. There is not much else to do in the surrounding area though. The cat that lives on the property is trained not to come inside the house and doesn't need to be fed, but loves to cuddle and be around humans. Communication with Bea and Attila was quick and friendly, and their instructions to get to and inside the property were very clear. Would definitely recommend.

Wow! what a beautiful apartment! I must say I'll be definitely trying to book here again on our next visit. nothing was to much trouble, so easy to get to the city centre via the underground. perfectly placed in a very nice area. I would highly recommend it. lilla was absolutely fantastic as a host and if your ever thinking about visiting budapest then this is definitely the place to book. she is very responsive to any messages and recommend us a fantastic restaurant where we had a great night! labeled as a 3 star but definitely a 4-5 star apartment thank you we will be booking again for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place, right by the Danube! The location is perfect, especially for anyone who enjoys fishing or simply relaxing by the water. The villa was very well furnished, spotlessly clean, and incredibly peaceful - ideal for a restful getaway. The host was extremely communicative and helpful, always available to answer any questions and make sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

We had a great time at the place, the kids were able to play in the big garden, and the Venice Coast is a few minutes walk away. The upstairs and downstairs in the house can work completely separate, we had two families downstairs and we had a separate small suite with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom in the same way. The host, Edina, was very kind and helpful in everything. I highly recommend this place to others. Thank you!

Everything was fine, David showed me the accommodation, we were able to coordinate the check-in. It's a cozy little home, it's a good opportunity to get away, but it's not so secluded that they don't deliver from restaurants.
