The nearest beaches of Arilla and Karavostasi are about 2 km away. The village of Perdika is about 3 km away. Here you will find supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, some taverns and bars. Sivota is 12 km away and Parga is 18 km away. The port city of Igoumenitsa is about 35 km away.

The house, built on Byzantine and Turkish architectural elements, took three years to complete at the end of the last century by skilled craftsmen from Zagorochoria, using rock as the main material. Old Manor House is located on the hill of Syvota, offering panoramic views in four directions that delight every guest. It is ideal for those who appreciate traditional features and has been designated a cultural heritage monument by the Ministry of Culture.
