Villa Malia is located in the heart of the Cycladic island of Syros and stands out for its unique style, colours and fantastic view. The location is in a quiet place, but Syros' beaches and lively town Ermoupoli are easily accessible by a short car drive. It's also a nice starting point for hiking. The villa is suitable for six people but can accommodate two additional guests.

It is only a 5 minute walk from an almost private beach and a 15 minute walk from an organised beach where you can find mini markets and restaurants. 7 km far from the downtown. A lovely house creatively decorated, 7 km away from the center of Ermoupoli. It has a splendid view to the bay of Fabrica. It is a five minute walk to a deserted beach and 15 minutes to the organized beach, Vari. There are taverns and a mini market.

Villa Kardiani

Villa Kardiani is located in the beautiful traditional village of Kardiani, just 2 km from the beach of Kalyvia and 15 km from the port and town of Tinos. Split on three levels, this spacious house is fully equipped with all modern comforts and it can accommodate up to 4 adults, plus 1 child up to 12 years old. Villa Kardiani offers a panoramic view of the Aegean Sea from the living room and the terrace, where you can enjoy wonderful moments of relaxation.

The Mansion of Maroulia

An old neoclassical two-story house in the heart of Hermoupoli 100 meters from the port, with a rooftop terrace and an amazing view to the historic port of Syros. It was renovated in 2021. On the first floor it has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a seating area small with a library, a central living room with a traditional marble balcony, wc. On the second floor there are two bedrooms , a central bathroom and a terrace overlooking the harbor.

The house is build with stones like all other houses in the village. I'm preserving the traditional way of the village islanders living with all the modern needs of today. The house has a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa an equip kitchen and a bathroom. It also has a private backyard where you can smell the fresh air from the beautiful view of the mountains and feel the nature.
