My husband and I said so many times during our stay “I wish we could buy this house!” It’s so obvious how much care and thought went into to the decor and overall appearance of this home. Traveling with a 2 and 3 year old presents a handful of challenges, but this home was perfect for our visit to see my family. The front room offered a great space for our kids to play and catch a couple episodes of Bluey. The room sizes were just right. I loved the trundle bed for our youngest! One of the big perks of this location is the proximity to downtown Sylvania. Coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants, you name it and you can probably walk there. Our favorite place to walk was definitely Inside the Five - lucky for us we got to see their new, beautiful outdoor patio! If you’re a brewery fan, you’ll love this spot! We are already planning our next trip back and will definitely be staying here for every trip back home.

Great tiny house experience. I saw deer grazing in the backyard, and it felt very private at night. Juanita was proactive and brought us some watermelon. She also went out of her way to make sure we had supplies we might need during our visit. Would stay here again.

Beautiful place to visit. The studio was super clean, inviting and so comfortable. The view was beautiful- waking up to the sunrise every morning. A stone's throw to the beach, which was very clean and well kept. A great getaway for downtime and privacy. Not a lot to do other than the beach, but a state park only 15 minutes away. Would definitely book this place again!
