Welcome to our cozy apartment in the Tenne! Not far from the train/bus station (within walking distance). From here you can walk to the city center with lots of restaurants and shops as well as the wonderful beach. Old Westerland with the beautiful village church is also a few minutes away! Our apartment is located in a beautiful Frisian house. You will find it on the second floor. It covers two levels. The upper sleeping area can be reached via a staircase (due to the location in the attic, you have little ceiling height). The living and dining area is spacious and flooded with light. Open ceiling beams and cozy furnishings invite you to linger. Free Wi-Fi and a parking space for your car is available behind the house.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor /end floor with a view over Westerland and can be reached by elevator. The living space is about 33 square meters and is divided into a small hallway, bathroom, kitchen and the living/sleeping room. The apartment is bright, cozy and very small (about 34m2, 1.5 rooms) and was last renovated in January 2022. Built-in kitchen, eco-design floor (phtalate-free) and electrics were renewed in 2017. Suitable for anyone who wants to be on the edge of Westerland and who do not mind the "charm of a yellow brinker complex" Theodor Heuss Str. 16-22". Small southwest balcony available. Parking. Bed linen/towels/dish towel must be brought, optionally for an extra charge of 20 euros per person.

Moin Moin, We rent this studio in the immediate beach - as well as close to the city.( approx. 22 sqm)in the B.BehrensHaus. How could the day start nicer in summer than with a refreshing dip in the sea ?? From here you can reach the pedestrian zone with numerous shops and shopping facilities in just 2 minutes, as well as the wonderful beach. There is NOT A parking space for your car. VACATION FROM ME Tinnum is centrally located in the middle of the island and Sylt can be easily explored from here by the ladies' bike, which is inclusive PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN NEEDED COVERS AND TOWELS. THESE ARE NOT INCLUSIVE AND OUT OF STOCK. You pay your tourist tax directly to the host and receive a spa and beach use card as a receipt. Every guest is subject to tourist tax. The tourist tax will be paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt.
