The house is located opposite the fantastic bakery, a short walk to Højer Mølle with cafe, close to a lovely ice cream shop, the grocery store as well as Højer Pølser. The Wadden Sea, the North Sea and Tøndermarsken are right at your fingertips, and definitely worth a visit.

Complete 2 rooms apartment , semi-detached house in Højer center with living room, kitchen and bathroom. Bed size (180x200) cm. The house is old and bears the marks of it. Simple and in order. The area is poorly lit, so you will arrive after dark, you may need a lamp or the light from your mobile to find the lockbox. You can park in the driveway right in front of the front door by the white picket fence. There is a monitor with PC, where you can see DRTV, NDR plus Netflix, Viaplay, YouTube - and is used regular PC.

On the ground floor is a guest bathroom, a modern generous kitchen with a big dining table and a living room with a top quality bed sofa. A south facing terrace invites you to relax. In spring and summer there is a beach chair and a table with chairs on the terrace.

The 3 separate bedrooms (2/2) are quiet and are all on the 1st floor. 1 bedroom has one double bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 separate beds (90x200) and the 3rd bedroom has a French bed (140x200) Bedding and towels are provided and included in the price, as well as the final cleaning.

An ideal starting point to explore the island or to enjoy cozy hours in the romantic garden. A bakery, as well as a beautiful farm shop with local products is about 100 m away. A bus stop is also in the immediate vicinity.
