Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sykies

Katerina & Andreas m'ont accueilli chaleureusement et m'ont attendu malgré le retard de mon vol. La maisonnette est super, très bien décorée, avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Une fois les fenêtres fermées, on n'entend rien de dehors. Le logement est situé à côté d'une supérette et non loin d'une boulangerie (à pieds), et est à 10-15min de l'aéroport (sans qu'on ne soit dérangé par les avions). Arrivant tard, je leur avais demandé s'ils étaient d'accord pour me laisser quelque chose pour le petit déjeuner moyennant supplément, et ils m'ont laissé de quoi manger dans le frigo. Je recommande à 100%, on se sent comme à la maison, je reviendrais avec plaisir 😊

We stayed at Αθήνα’ς for the second time! Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and very homely. We will return for sure!

Très belle location où je suis resté 6 jours. Les photos correspondent à la réalité du logement qui est très agréable à vivre y compris pour une famille avec deux enfants. Il est situé à Naro Poli il y a donc une petite grimpette pour aller au centre de Thessalonique mais ça se fait quand même assez facilement (20 minutes du plein centre ville). La porte de la chambre qui est en verre laisse passer la lumiere ce qui ne facilite pas le sommeil. La décoration est très sympa et Pelagia très réactive aux sms; cependant je regrette l’absence de contact physique avec l hôte qui pourrait se faire à l arrivée mais c est un point de vue personnel et ce mode opératoire de boîte à clé est aussi très pratique surtout lorsque l on ne sait pas exactement l’heure d arrivée …..Bon nombre de logements RBNB procèdent ainsi.

Υπέροχα όλα και ότι πρέπει για δύο άτομα! Η οικοδεσπότης φοβερή κοπέλα και απαντούσε πάντα σε ό,τι και αν χρειαζόμασταν. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσω φυσικά και την ευχαριστώ πολύ !!!

Престоят ни в дома на Теодосия беше повече от прекрасен! Мястото се намира на тиха уличка на 15 минути пеша от крайбрежната улица. Апартамента има прекрасна градина. В периода, в който бяхме отседнали цветята бяха цъфнали и ужаеше прекрасно. Апартамента е толкова одбре аранжиран, че бсеки човек би се чувствал, като у дома си. Отделено е внимание на всеки детайл. Теодосия е прекрасен хазайн. Даде ни изключително подробни и ясни иструкции, както за самия апартамент, така и за забележителности, как да се придвижим до централната част, какъв транспорт да използваме и т.н. Съдейства ни да си извикаме такси, тъй като имах проблем с приложението на Uber. Не мога да намеря толкова хубави думи думи, за да опиша престоя си както в Солун, така и в дома на Теодосия! Препоръчвам горещо мястото с две ръце!

We had a wonderful week at Maki's house. The house is a cute and peaceful village house. There are cute cats in the garden that get as close to you as you let them. The location of the house is very good. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and markets. The only negative aspect was the mosquitoes. Makis had left some mosquito repellent for this, but despite this, the flies won this war. In conclusion, I can sincerely recommend Makisin house.

Ο Βαλάντης ήταν εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης. Μας έδωσε σαφέστατες οδηγίες, ώστε να βρούμε το σπίτι με ευκολία. Η γειτονιά ήσυχη, το σπίτι καθαρό και αρκετά όμορφο. Επιπλέον, επειδή θέλαμε να μείνουμε μια μέρα επιπλέον και δεν υπήρχε διαθεσιμότητα στο σπίτι που μέναμε, μας έφερε σε επαφή με κάποια γνωστή του, ώστε να συνεχίσουμε τις διακοπές μας. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

Alexandras apartment was the right place for our weekend getaway. Great location, clean, easy accessible with many restaurants near by. Host is very friendly and quick to response. note: Apartment is small, but has a balcony. Thanks

We had a wonderful stay — the apartment was perfect not just for friends, but for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay. It was spotless and had all the essential amenities we needed. The location was also convenient, with free parking available on the street. With a bit of luck, you can even find a spot close to the apartment!

Ioannis is very responsive and provided everything I needed. He is very kind and hospitable. The apartment was clean, and the neighbourhood has everything you might need. There's also an open market on Tuesdays where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

The Airbnb was super clean, large, and comfy. The location is perfect if you would like to go for coffees, drinks, food, or a walk in the sea front. Elina was extremely responsive and allowed for flexible checking in and checking out. This is a 10/10 recommendation if you are looking to stay in the heart of Thessaloniki.

Η διαμονή ήταν εξαιρετική! Ο χώρος είναι ακόμα πιο όμορφος απ' ότι φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες! Η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες άψογη! Πολύ φιλικοί, εξυπηρετικοί, απαντούσαν άμεσα! Ευχαριστώ πολύ!

The place was great! It’s located a bit outside of the center but close enough to get everywhere important by foot. The flat was really clean and we felt right at home. Thank you so much for having us!

Katerina was an excellent host! Her instructions for the self check-in were very detailed and inspired a sense of trust and safety. The house is exactly as shown in the photos—renovated, tasteful, and just a 5-minute walk from the beach! The neighborhood has everything you need for daily life: groceries, restaurants, cafés. Just a note: if you’re getting around by car, it can be difficult to find free parking. Luckily, we stayed during a summer long weekend when locals from Thessaloniki traditionally head to Halkidiki, so we didn’t have any issues with parking! I highly recommend it.

Το χρειαζομασταν καθως ηταν πολυ κοντα στο ΔΑΚ Ευοσμου και λογω αγωνων μασ βόλεψε αψογα Η γειτονια τα εχει ολα και πολυ κοντα στην πλατεια (ευόσμου) για βόλτα χωρίς αμάξι

The house is located in the old district of Thessaloniki, Ano Poli, very close to Atatürk's house. The area is very quiet. The host was very attentive and helpful. He met us on the road, showed us a private parking spot for our car, and stayed in touch throughout our stay to check if we needed anything. The house was very clean — the cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed in. It had almost everything you would need in a home. As a kind gesture, the host had left breakfast items and drinks for us. We stayed for two nights and left very satisfied.

We stay there as two friends for a long weekend to see Thessaloniki and to relax at some nearby beach clubs. The accommodation is lovely, beds are comfortable, bath was small, but big enough for us two and every very clean. There were plenty of good restaurants around and all spots could be reached within a max 15 minutes walk. Would recommend it to everyone who has the same plans we had. Parking is difficult in the city, but there some spaces around to park for money.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment war rundum perfekt! Die Lage im Zentrum von Thessaloniki ist unschlagbar – Restaurants, Cafés, Sehenswürdigkeiten und das Meer sind alle in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und kann dieses Apartment jedem empfehlen, der Thessaloniki erleben möchte – sei es für einen Kurztrip oder einen längeren Aufenthalt. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

It was truly a wonderful experience. Both the cleanliness of the apartment and the communication with the host made the stay even better. The location is very central, allowing easy access to many places on foot. Looking forward to staying here again.

Ich war für eine Woche in Thessaloniki. Die Unterkunft ist sehr kompakt, aber für ein Pärchen oder zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Der Balkon ist riesig. Für eine Städtereise optimal: Parkplätze sind eher verfügbar als direkt in der Innenstadt, gerade mal 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Weißen Turm und zur Innenstadt. Supermärkte, Restaurants und eine Busstation sind unmittelbar erreichbar. Der Preis ist für diese Unterkunft unschlagbar! Danke für deine Unterkunft, Ariadne!

Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στον Δημήτρη ήταν όλα όπως έπρεπε πάρα πολύ καθαρό διαμέρισμα και ο Δημήτρης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και οτι χρειαζόμασταν ήταν δίπλα μας
