Njut av ett värmande bad samtidigt som ni blickar ut över den storslagna utsikten, eller varför inte blicka upp mot stjärnorna när mörkret faller på. Närhet till vandringsleder, vacker natur och fina utflyktsmål. Huset har en yta på cirka 110 kvadratmeter och en rymlig uteplats i bästa läge. Har ni frågor så hjälper jag gärna till. Relax with the whole family in this lovely yellow cottage by lake Fegen. Situated in the forest, nature is at your doorstep. Swim & canoe on the lake, or go for walks in the forest. Pick berries or mushrooms in season, or downhill skiing at Isaberg mountain not far away. Try cross country skiing on the trails in the neighbouring town. Those who want to shop, Swedens largest department store Gekås is just 20 minutes away in Ullared. Or simply just relax around the house or on the jetty.

Only one hour’s drive by car from Stockholm (35 min from Stockholm Skavsta Airport) you find this calm and relaxing place where peace of nature is easy to find. Perched on a small hillside where the wind rarely blows this house offers a serene getaway. Go for a swim at the lake just a few hundred meters away or just relax on the spacious deck. The place is equally beautiful in winter when you can curl up with a book by the fire or connect with nature from the veranda.

I Lekvattnets vildmark ligger Villa Granhede med ett underbart läge med egen sjötomt och brygga vid Lekvattnetsjön. Här kan ni bada vedeldad badtunna och elda i eldfatet precis nere vid sjön. Fiska vid huset eller i nån av Lekvattnets fiskrika sjöar! Vandra 7 torpsleden ca 10 km från stugan. Åk pulka direkt på tomten, skridskor eller fiska isfiske på vintern! Åk skidor på upplysta skidspår bara nån kilometer från huset. Och det finns milsvida skoterleder runt knuten!

Du/ni kommer att älska mitt ställe pga av naturen, solen från morgon till kväll, lugnet, havet, de gigantiska fönsterna. Njut av lugnet, djurlivet. Huset är byggt för att få er att känna att ni är mitt i naturen fast inomhus. Ta gärna skogsvandringar i närområdet. Till huset tar ni er med fördel med motorbåten med en 4 hp roddbåt, som ingår, då det är ca 500m skogspromenad genom skogen från parkeringen. På vintern går ni genom skogen om båten inte ligger i vattnet.

I huset finns fyra sovrum och tre badrum, två med dusch och ett med badkar. Nära till barnvänlig strand för sköna bad eller promenad i solnedgången. Granne med unik gårdsbutik med närodlade grönsaker o diverse godsaker till grillkvällen. I närområdet finns roliga o spännande utflyktsmål.
