Pine basera is a beautiful villa, it is very clean and maintained really well. Anshul proactively helped us with everything during our stay. Anshul, his cook and caretaker make a very warm team who make sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Finally, the views from the property are just breathtaking and they made our stay really memorable.

For those looking for a peaceful getaway in the mountains, with a lovely dog as a companion, and an array of friendly domestic staff - willing to serve you, responsive to your queries, sharing a warmth, cooking great home food - you do not have to think further. Bhanu is most responsive and helpful. I am an academic, was spending a couple of weeks at IISER Mohali giving a few lectures, and this get away for the weekend was perfect. I arranged my chair and table in the garden right from 8 AM and sat into the wee hours of sunset, just when the cool breeze set in. Read my book, worked on my papers , listened to my podcast and sipped beer :-) I shall come back again and probably take up the studio accommodation. Please keep it the same way - Bhanu and Richa. I have stayed in many AirBnBs worldover, and B's and R's attention to detail, decking up every corner with a trinket or a bell or a charm, was lovely. And of course, Jordan their dog, was a delight !

I have no words. Everything at Fairholme was amazing. It was extremely clean, location was beautiful. Manoj ji and other staff took really good care of us. I was at a family vacation there and all of us were impressed with the property. It was just 1 minute away from all the important tourist spots. They helped us with food and barbecue and honestly everything we wanted.

Me and my wife went there with our new born for our first visit to the hills together. Jagmohan’s place was exactly as described. There is parking space (which is a big plus) and the property has a very scenic patio like rooftop which for us was the highlight! The property is also easy to locate and reachable till the end by car. Mauja Singh, the caretaker was super helpful and responsive as well. Chai and toast was served whenever we asked for it. The restaurant which he suggested (the menu was in the room) also delivered food on time and it was tasty. Our room was homely and cosy. It had a kitchenette which really helped. Jagmohan was super responsive and helped out whenever needed. Dr. Sakaria also reached out to us to ask for our feedback about the stay, which is a rare thing nowadays.

Amazing property and a great view. The listing was very clean and beautiful as shown in the pictures. The host Nidhi is amazing and shared all the necessary information with us. Also, guided us throughout and was very helpful. Gaurav was always present at the property to help with anything required and took great care of our family. The food is amazing as well and they also recommended local places to visit which were fantastic. Overall a great deal and a must visit with family or friends as the listing is easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay and will surely visit again. This listing deserves more than a 5- star rating.

Amazing stay! Me and my family had an incredible experience at the property. All our special requests were accepted by the team and they made everything very easy for us. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Special shoutout to Shubham and Abhishek for their exceptional hospitality and support throughout our stay. And a huge thank you to Chef Ekaant for the delicious food - it was truly amazing! Best part about the place apart from the birds singing and tress surrounding the property definitely has to be the food. If you're looking for a comfortable and memorable stay, look no further. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could!
