Salty Cottage is the perfect family home located less than one mile from historic downtown Swansboro and 6 miles from the beach's of Emerald Isle. Salty cottage is a fully remolded 19th century historic home that was moved from downtown Swansboro to the banks of the White Oak river. You'll find the amenities are bountiful from the views of the white oak river through the live oaks off the back deck to the private bricked courtyard for morning coffee located just off your master suite.

Fishing paradise and breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck. Tandem kayak and small jon boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

Captains Quarters

Relax and unwind with your family in the small quaint town of Peletier. Just a few minutes away from Emerald Isle. Captains Quarters is tucked away at the end of a cul de sac in a rather quiet neighborhood. The home is just minutes away from Emerald Isle, Historic Swansboro, and Carteret County Speedway. Captains Quarters has a community dock and boat launch (1/4 mile away). Smaller boats and/or boats with minimal draft will have no navigational issues.

A marina is less than one mile down the road and on the intercoastal waterway. The area is excellent for fishing and kayaking, and it has beautiful beaches for playing in the sand!
