This 20ft x 8ft tiny home is situated in a backyard, a short walk from Manset Town Dock and Peter Trout Tavern, and a five-minute drive from Southwest Harbor and parts of Acadia National Park (about 20 min to longer hikes and the loop road).

On the edge of our family homestead overlooking meadow & forest, this tiny house offers a quiet, cozy refuge only 40 minutes from Acadia National Park. There's a twin daybed on the ground floor & a double futon in the loft. Full kitchen & tiny bathroom with shower too. A heat pump keeps the place toasty warm or nice and cool. Our family's gazebo, fire pit, hammock, trail & garden are shared with guests. The tiny house and meadow are very private on the edge of the property, and just for you.

Old Acadia Ranger Yurt at Long Pond

Newly Constructed. Old Acadia Ranger Yurt, a 25 ft. Yurt nestled in the pine and maple forest 1/4 mile from Long Pond and Acadia National Park hiking trails. New construction includes a full bath with a large walk-in shower, kitchen with gas stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dinette table w/ seating. Bedding includes, 1 Queen sized bed, 1-fold down double couch, Queen bed in loft, and 1 rollaway cot. Towels and bedding provided. Four (4) guests only (no exceptions). Pets are not permitted.

Living area has a smart tv (no cable, but internet available to access your streaming account). DVD's also available. Kitchenette comes with Keurig with k-cups included, mini fridge, coffee maker/filters, toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner hot plate (no oven), dishes/pots and pans. There is a loft with an army cot. Not suitable for children under age 5.

A heat pump provides heating and cooling. Shaded picnic table and small propane grill. Three-night minimum with parking for one car only (no trucks/trailers). Ask about extra parking. One well-behaved dog is allowed. No other pets or children. No TV, good wifi. 10pm quiet zone.

This stand along cottage is on the same property as owner's home and includes 1 parking space. 2 bedrooms with full bath, laundry, and a fully stocked kitchen. House abuts Acadia National Park; Seal Harbor Beach and carriage roads are easy walking or biking distance! Only 12 minutes to Bar Harbor and 5 to Northeast Harbor.
