House vacation rentals in Swampscott

The Nana-Tucket Inn is an absolutely gorgeous and pristine property with everything a family could need! It was perfect for our family while we were visiting New England. It was a great space for family time and our teenagers had plenty to do. Nancy and Joe are the perfect hosts! They are kind and extremely helpful while they maintain the beautiful property. They are not intrusive at all but are there if you need anything. During our stay, a huge storm blew through Massachusetts with extremely strong winds and tons of rain. Nancy and Joe had the mess made by the storm was cleaned up immediately by a professional crew the next morning so that we did not miss a single moment of the property amenities! Nancy also made us a blueberry crumble cake that was delicious and so kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we cannot wait to return during our next New England trip.

We stayed for a graduation for our son and the house comfortable accommodated our entire family including parents/ in-laws. There was a creek in the back, pool, Firepit. We had fun playing pool (billiards) and darts. Nice Kitchen with new appliances. The 3 bedrooms are nice in size and we never felt cramped accommodating us all. The host communicated very quickly and was sooo nice. We unfortunately won’t be in Boston in near future however if we did and needed the space we would book again.

Amy was very responsive and communicative. The house was clean and maps took us right to the home. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool but it was pristine and would have been great for hot summer weather. Amy was wonderful with trying to accomodate any requests and we liked the location from easy access to Salem and within a one hour drive to Boston!

Beautiful house in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was amazing! Very walkable to Bearskin Neck and Old Garden Beach. We had a few little glitches the first night, but Rachel was very responsive and everything was perfect within 24 hours. Would absolutely be happy to stay there again. To future guests: Rockport is light on grocery stores, so even though most things are walkable, for groceries you might want a car.

I loved everything Maxine said and how she helped navigate around every even in the house, everything was so clean, very quite place good for professional working, everything was just beyond, amazing & lovely place you feel right at home with so much space to move around the house. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Weston, MA. The house was spacious, spotless, and located in a peaceful, wooded neighborhood right next to Cat Rock Park—perfect for relaxing or enjoying nature. It was incredibly quiet, which made for a restful stay. Parking was convenient, and check-in was seamless. Everything about the experience was easy and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-located home away from home.

Absolutely incredible stay. The host was very helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, and the lake is stunning. The basement was so so fun- darts, ping pong, billiards, and more games. We miss the house already!

We just finished a weekend here and it was everything we hoped it would be! This house was so adorable and comfortable for our girls weekend. The bottom floor has an open kitchen/dining room space so it can seat everyone while hanging around cooking or just chatting. The living room was large and cozy for all of us to watch a movie together. The neighborhood is adorable and the neighbors are very kind and friendly, we had a few people help us with the best way to navigate into Salem. Every morning you’ll see dogs being walked and people out and about, it was the best! There was an option to sit outside and in a quiet spot if we wanted, we didn’t get a chance to but will next time. Robert was also extremely accommodating when some of our plans shifted due to a hurricane coming our way. This experience was above and beyond, it made our Salem girls weekend a 10/10. We’re ready to book again for next year. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We had such a wonderful time and Colleen was the perfect host! Very attentive if/when we had any questions. The home is incredibly charming and cozy and the beautiful Christmas decorations made for a festive stay! The location couldn’t have been more ideal…so peaceful and easy to find! Right around the corner from downtown, we took some nice walks since we were close to all the shops, cafe’s and restaurants. You will not be disappointed booking with Colleen…we will be back!

Charming home in a great location on Marblehead. The host was pleasant and attentive. The house was just as described, clean, and well appointed.

Albana was incredibly responsive, kind and helpful. I sleep with a fan and neglected to pack one. Albana was kind enough to purchased one for us while we were at a rehearsal dinner on our first evening. The house is lovely, extremely clean and has everything you could want including a comfortable mattress, beautiful bathroom with good water pressure, very nice kitchen and living room area, as well as a deck with dining and sitting areas. couldn't ask for more in an Airbnb. We highly recommend this property and would definetly stay here again.

Amazing place! Very quaint and comfortable. Great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Erin did an outstanding job communicating and we can't wait to come back!

Bre was great! She was super responsive and was good with tips for places to go to in Salem when we asked. She also provided a manual for the stay that had tons of recommendations of things to do in and around the area. The home was exactly as it looked and was super duper cute, we also loved being able to come back from our time out and have a nice cozy place to stay.

The home is beautiful! The view and neighborhood are amazing! We felt like we were in a movie. It was peaceful and quiet and had things to do to enjoy a nice evening. Definitely will be back!

Paul’s house was perfect for our group of five women. It was comfortable, clean and lovely. We felt immediately at home. The location was great—walkable to the harbor and great restaurants. Paul was responsive, friendly, and very helpful with recommendations. Would definitely rent again if we return to Marblehead

We enjoyed a nice graduation trip to Salem and stayed at Lauren’s house. She was super nice and left a graduation balloon and a personalized message for me. Lauren gave us a great breakfast spot to enjoy and her place was within 15 mins from all major Salem attractions! We will definitely be back!

Oh my goodness. This place was a DREAM. Such a beautiful home with a view you can’t top. My husband and I stayed with our children and two friends for an east coast summer getaway and we could not have found a better place. Awesome setup, view, and Gaby could not have been more helpful. We would love to stay here again.

Not only was the house spacious, well kept, and comfortable, it was in a wonderful location. Just steps away from the beach, great restaurants, and close to the local commuter rail, allowing for quick commuting into Boston. Homeowner‘s replies were always prompt.Get ready for epic ocean views from the second story, kitchen and living room. On a hill overlooking fisherman’s beach, just truly a wonderful way to wake up.

This was our second time staying at Kuan's home. Our son attended boarding school 25 minutes away, and this was a great place for our whole family to stay during a holiday hockey tournament and graduation weekend. You genuinely feel as if you are a guest in Kuan's home. It is tidy and well-appointed, with an eclectic collection of New England and Asian furnishings. Kuan is extremely responsive, and (for example) immediately brought back-up propane tanks without having to be asked. For history buffs, the foundation for Rev. Parrish's former parsonage is just a few lots away. This was the home where Tituba and the Parrish family started what became the Salem Witch Trial hysteria (Danvers was formerly Salem Village). I would recommend highly, especially since there are few equivalent properties available in this part of Massachusetts.

Everything was great! Beautiful area close to Salem but away from the hustle of the downtown area. Nice quiet neighborhood with anything you could need close by. everything was very clean and even went above and beyond by decorating for the season aswell as little things like fancy folded tissues and towels! our hostess was very helpful and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. I will definitely be rebooking for a future stay at this lovely home.

This is my second time staying at Elina & Jack's Airbnb, and it continues to be a fantastic experience! The location is great—close to everything, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The space is consistently clean and well-kept, making it a comfortable place to relax after a busy day. I’ve had great stays here in the past and will be booking again the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend
