Private Cozy Third Floor Space

This was formerly a servant's quarters in a large colonial home on the third floor and accessed by a private stairway that leads from the first floor to the third floor. The living room and bedroom are both large with original wood floors and are appointed with a comfortable couch, chairs, full-sized bed, books, wall decorations, a big flat screen TV, private bathroom with tub and shower with all newer fixtures and there is also a small refrigerator and micro-wave. It is a totally private space.

This new 360 square foot tiny house sleeps four comfortably. A mile from old town, down town, and just steps from Salem Harbor for breathtaking sunsets. The house is located in private, wooded back yard of our home. Kitchen is outfitted with small refrigerator, instant pot, air fryer, hot plate with pots and pans, microwave oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle, as well as glasses, plates, flatware, etc for eating in. Kitchen table and chairs comfortably seats four.

The product of a complete gut renovation in 2020. The unit is 300 yards to Fisherman's Beach at the bottom of the street. The apartment is the 1st floor of a two family home (our family lives upstairs). It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, pro kitchen, open living/dining area. The driveway can fit 2 cars (tight). There is additional parking at the bottom of the street. Please see house rules settings for holiday minimum bookings. We are pet friendly, but require case by case approval.
