Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Svoronata

The place was quite and only 10 minutes from the center of Argostoli. Gerasimos was discreet and helpful if and only you wanted.

This villa was truly exquisite. The pool and outdoor area was incredible. It made it hard for us to explore the island, because we never wanted to leave the pool!! The view of both the sea and the mountains was spectacular. Outside, the lemon trees were loaded with ripe lemons that smelled incredible. We picked many of them and made fresh lemonade and other treats, we even ate some of the lemons straight from the tree, they were incredible. Between the lemon trees, rosemary and lavender planted around the home, the outside of the house smelled delicious. The host was responsive and helpful. The cleaner that came everyday did our dishes, laundry, and made all the beds. She worked very hard to keep the villa spotless. I’ve lived in, and spent years traveling Greece, and this was one of my favorite villas that I’ve stayed at. Don’t hesitate to book.

An absolute gem of a place. Emma and her mother made our stay simply perfect by providing everything we could have asked for and more. The spacious and comfy house was easy to find and super clean, offering every comfort needed. It offers a lot of privacy and quiet, along with incredible views of the surrounding sea and mountains (the visiting cats were a big plus!). It's location also makes it easy to get to one of the beautiful beaches or a great place to eat after only a short drive. We had an amazing time here and can't wait for a chance to return. Thank you for having us! =D

We have had the most amazing holiday staying at Villa Christina. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, had everything we needed and a great location with beautiful surroundings. Christina was very responsive, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Villa Christina. We are already talking about booking again for next year, we can’t wait to come back!

Myself and my husband have just returned from our 2nd stay here. The house is beautiful, well equipped and very comfortable. It also has a fantastic view. And It's only a few minutes from the airport. Nikos is very friendly and extremely helpful. The perfect host! I would definitely recommend Sarlata Village House.

Very nice place, basically in Argostoli but it felt like the countryside - quiet and peaceful. The house is clean and comfortable with a lovely deck and view. The kitchen was also well stocked, and the pool of the nearby resort is free for use and beautiful. Communication was also very easy and well organized. Overall highly recommended!

What a wonderful host! The house is very spacious, extremely clean and the host is the most accommodating. We had a great stay! It’s only a couple of streets away from the beach and everything is walkable! The house got cleaned every 4 days - amazing service! The bedsheets were white and ironed! Highly recommend!

The place was beautiful, cozy, and clean. Good kitchen amenities. Large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. Great location, good accessibility to the whole island. This is the second time we’ve stayed in the Chloe villa and it didn’t disappoint! It’s such a beautiful location with an amazing sea view to watch the sunrise. The pool is directly below and the sea over the road which is perfect for early morning swims. Especially due to the changing temperatures in the water where salt meets fresh and there are warm spots and cold spots. It’s a short pebble beach so water shoes (or flippers in my daughter’s case) make getting in and out of the water much easier. Steve was a brilliant host! Nothing was too much trouble. Really responsive and because we had a late flight extended our checkout time until 6pm which meant we could enjoy a full last day. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including some starter items for your arrival, such as biscuits, jam, milk, butter… and wine! There is a coffee machine, toasty maker & everything else you may need (incl. washing machine and dishwasher) A 20 min coast walk straight to Sami!

I would recommend this air bnb to anyone visiting Kefalonia. It was just as described and even nicer in person. The location is close to restaurants and supermarkets. The host was incredible, I am not sure super host does him justice. He was extremely responsive, attentive and his guide to the island was so helpful. The location is right across from the turtle viewpoint and we saw turtles everyday. It was extremely clean, well kept and had the essential and more. The laundry machine was a huge bonus. Parking can be a bit difficult during the day as the street does get busy but we were able to find parking in walking distance.

Angela's place is incredible in every way - spacious, beautifully decorated, well-equipped, and with the most amazing views. The photos don't do it justice - it's even better in real life.

This place was absolutely wonderful. The view from all balcony’s is amazing. It’s worth it just for that. The kitchen has all the accoutrements you need for meals if you choose to eat in. There is a great washer and sturdy clothesline dryer. The layout has all living space on one level (but on second level of home) and there are stairs to a loft area with twin beds. There are outside stairs to get to second level. The location is perfect distance from Sami for quiet. There is a road behind condo but it does not disturb sleep as bedrooms are on opposite side. There is a huge driveway that is gates so plenty of parking. Beach towels were provided. You can swim right out into sea from backyard. It was wonderful. There is lots and lots of storage / drawers. Olga and her mother Nikoletta were available and responsive to our needs. They took very good care of us. The overall vibe is the wood cabinets, doors, door handles, and style is vintage but with modern amenities. Just lovely!!

Such a beautiful villa located right next to the airport! Truly such a quaint and private location suitable for friends vacationing together or even families!

Beautiful Villa! A group of us stayed here with 2 small children. The cleaner came twice during our 10 days, the fridge was stocked with some things when we arrived, beds made, everything clean & tidy. It was a lovely stay! Definitely need a car though, there is 2 restaurants within a 10 minutes walk, however one was always shut when we went to go. We ended up driving into the town every evening for dinner :)

Perfect accommodation with everything you need. The pool was much better than expected, it’s fun to hear the nearby planes but they don’t disturb the tranquility and privacy that the place provides. Only trouble we had was figuring out how to turn the electricity on (card on keyring) but Otthon was quick to respond to help with that. We had a brilliant stay and would 100% recommend.

We had a wonderful stay Elina! Villa was comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The pool was lovely. We enjoyed every moment & felt right at home. We would stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended! We did not hire a car but would recommend doing so if wanting to venture around the island. Taxis are easily available if needed for shorter trips. Plenty of mini-markets and restaurants within a 25 minute walk. Received plenty of info and further support via email prior to arrival and our host was available to answer any queries during the stay via phone messaging app.

We had an amazing stay here! The house is beautiful and the whole outdoor area with the pool and covered BBQ/kitchen area is amazing! We spent most of our time outside enjoying the beautiful sea view and playing in the pool. The pool was perfect for the kids and a great size for all 7 of us to enjoy at the same time. There are several outdoor seating areas so we could have our space when needed. Rachel is an amazing host!! She greeted us at arrival and gave us a tour of the beautiful home and made us feel welcome right away. She offered extra time in her day once we got settled to come and show us on a map where everything is and give us recommendations. We had complete privacy at the house and Rachel was just a call away if we needed anything, like a birthday cake or a restaurant reservation to celebrate! Highly recommend staying here!

Costas’ place was excellent, and we loved our stay in Kefalonia. Though we hired a car, we stayed, for the most part, around the Air BnB for five nights, and had a great time. There is plenty locally: bars, cafes (Cleios is especially good), restaurants and, of course, the beach. (A car will help you get to the beach in 3 minutes, rather than having to take the reasonably tiring walk back up the hill, so we’d recommend that.) Costas and Christina were brilliant hosts: attentive, flexible, and generous. One morning, Costas even sent us, delivered, a selection of Greek pastries. We couldn’t recommend it, and Kefalonia, enough!

I recently stayed at Eugene's Airbnb, and it was one of the best hospitality experiences I've ever had. The house was immaculate, with air conditioning in both the living room and bedrooms, which was a blessing after a long day in the sun. The beautiful balcony was perfect for stargazing, offering a memorable experience. Despite my late arrival due to a delayed flight, Eugene was incredibly accommodating. He ordered dinner for me, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. On the first night, I enjoyed welcome drinks, and on the second night, there were delicious snacks waiting for me. Eugene also arranged a rental car at a competitive rate, saving me the hassle. Throughout my stay, he acted as my personal tourist information center, providing tailored activity suggestions that enriched my visit. Overall, Eugene's exceptional hospitality and the comfortable accommodation made my stay unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend this. Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. 5/5 stars!

We were in villa “Christin” at Leventis Villa’s… that’s the first one of three identical places before you reach the pool complex. The villas are quite old now, so probably need a bit of an update, though everything you need is provided (apart from maybe a microwave), and our host (also “Christin”) continually checked if everything was okay for us. She was very, very helpful when Nespresso coffee machine went wrong and made sure that her weekly linen change and cleaning was done around our needs. We spent a lot of our time there simply chilling out on the veranda in the shaded Sun, or inside when things got too hot, as the interior does keep cooler. Lovely and peaceful generally as we were lucky that there were no noisy neighbours during our stay. Pool is large and clean, and it was just us laying around it most of the time. All in all, a lovely place to stay… and truth be told, could be even better if/when the villa is modernised a little bit.
