Sveta Jelena Studio Apartment

Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Our studio apartment is located in the old medieval town of Mošćenice. The apartment is cosy and modernly decorated. It has 32m2. On the lower floor is the bedroom and bathroom and on the upper floor is the kitchen with living room. In front of the apartment there is a small green area ideal for coffee or a glass of wine. The beautiful pebble beach can be reached by stairs through the forest. The town is very quiet and peaceful. It is surrounded by nature and is ideal for escape from stress.

The Terrace

This studio apartment for two is situated above Mošćenicka Draga. The best thing about studio is magnificent view on the Kvarner gulf which you will never forget. You have 4 km of road from the Adriatic sea and from the one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia...Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1km from Mošćenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

The stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The self check-in went smoothly and easily – super organized and ideal if you want to arrive flexibly. The place was spotlessly clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you might need. You can tell there's a lot of emphasis on quality and comfort. We particularly appreciated the comfortable bed, the quiet location and the overall very pleasant atmosphere. Communication with the host was also excellent – fast, friendly and reliable. All information arrived in a timely manner and was clearly understandable. The location of the accommodation is also great: quiet and yet close to everything important – perfect base to explore the surrounding area. We felt completely comfortable and would book again anytime. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for a clean, stylish and uncomplicated place to stay!

**Exceptional stay in a beautiful (Katrina villa apartment) in Croatia!** We had a wonderful stay at this (apartment villa) which greatly exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable. In addition, we had everything we needed to start our stay with a basket of local fruit, a good bottle of wine in the fridge and ice cubes, and everything we needed and (the apartment villa) was even prettier than in the photos. It is very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, close to the best beaches for walking and the terrace and view were amazing, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. A huge thank you to our host Luciana, who was extremely welcoming and available throughout the stay, always ready to answer our questions and give us local advice. We highly recommend this apartment villa.

Air condition is only in one of three bed rooms ! Owner lives next door and when he leaves his apartment for a longer time, he turns off the Internet router, so WiFi works but no Internet is available. We had no internet connection for two days, where he was away. Barbecue area was not clean and ash pan completely rusted through. The barbecue tongs were broken, but the owner gave us a new one after a couple of days. Otherwise everything was fine.
