Cabin by the sea with amazing view!

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

This loft is in the middle of the Teknobyen, Lerkendal stadium and NTNU (Gløshaugen). It was finished newly renovated in 2023 and located in a neighborhood of quad homes, relatively central. Most of Trondheim is within walking distance. You will find both bus stops (with buses that run frequently) and city bikes just nearby. Rema 1000, various cantinas at Gløshaugen and Dominos Pizza are just around the corner.

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality . Nice view to the Trondheim fjord and a rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive with car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In the winter, the road is paved and strewn. A good winter car is an advantage.
