The property is located just about 5 minutes from Heimdal city center, with its shops and restaurants, and about 20 minutes from Trondheim city center and Nidaros Cathedral. Ideal for families, groups of friends, or colleagues looking for a comfortable stay with plenty of space.

Rural apartment with 2 bedrooms

Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation located in the middle of nature with fantastic views. There are nice hiking trails right outside the door, a floodlit ski trail with great ski runs in winter and many nice hiking trails in summer. There is a disc golf course right next to here that has become very popular. The course has 18 holes distributed along the hiking trail, a great way to get out for a hike and do something fun at the same time. Otherwise, it is very peaceful and very quiet here. No traffic noise.

The house has four bedrooms with two double beds, one single bed and a crib. Large terrace with several seating groups. Only 12 minutes to Tiller and approx. 20 minutes to Trondheim city center. A light trail and hiking terrain are 300 meters from the house. Vassfjellet Winter Park is 10 km away, and Granåsen is about 17 km away. Nidelva is a 5-minute walk from the house, with good opportunities for trout fishing in quiet surroundings. Gaula and Orkla are also only 20–30 minutes away by car.

The house is located only 300 m from Lianvannet and 300 m from the tram terminal. There are two floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens.

Leiligheten ligger 11-minutter med buss unna Trondheim sentrum (eller 30 minutters gange), og i umiddelbar nærhet til Bymarka og løypenettet der. Passer for de som vil bo i rolige omgivelser, men likevel tett på det som skjer. Flere matbutikker i gangavstand, søndagsåpent bakeri, apotek, blomsterbutikk og vinmonopolet i umiddelbar nærhet. I tillegg ligger Sverresborg Trøndelag folkemuseum 10 minutters gange fra leiligheten med konserter og arrangement.

Cabin in the forest with jacuzzi

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
