A cozy and bright brand new two-room apartment with a great location in the city center. Vaasa railway station 400 m, city center 600 m, nearest grocery store 350 m, 24 Laundry 600 m. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, which is best suited for one adult/two children, as well as an open kitchen with dishes and a green room that functions as a balcony. The place is 10 km from the local center and 40 km from the city center of Vaasa, the capital of the Pohjanmaa/Österbotten county. The region is about 50:50 bilingual finnish-swedish speaking, but the archipelago is nearly 100 % Swedish speaking. Many people speak both languages. English is a common foreign language. You get by with english very well.

The house has an equipped kitchen with stove, oven, washer, coffee maker and an electric kettle. A crib and a high chair are also available.
