We had 10 days to enjoy Anders and Melany's beautiful apartment! Our hosts were always there to give us good advice. We explored the surroundings, especially with our bicycles. Malmö and Lund are easy to reach on well-signposted bike paths, the conditions for cyclists impressed us. We were also impressed by the public transportation options! The apartment is really amazingly well equipped and comfortably furnished! But the most impressive thing is the incredible view of nature in front of the door at all times of the day! We had a lovely time all around and highly recommend the apartment

The house was as described - the photos matched what we found. The house is super cozy, well furnished and idyllically located. Check-in was super easy and convenient. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was okay, if it weren't for the hair on the floor and residual waste in the cosmetics bucket, we would have awarded full stars. That was the only shortcoming. Otherwise great!

The owner knew in advance all our needs for staying in the apartment. He helped us get from the train station to the house! I have never met such friendly landlords! The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a long stay. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher. The bathroom has a high-quality washing machine and underfloor heating. In the next room there is a workplace for those who work at home. The apartment also has air conditioning and a heater, which makes staying comfortable at any time of the year. When I needed something extra, Gustav provided it. I lived in this apartment for a long time and give this house the highest rating. There are 4 supermarkets and many other shops nearby, a train station and a bus stop. There is also a park with ducks and a lake nearby. There are also many cafes and restaurants on the main street near the house. The city of Svedala is safe and clean. You can quickly get to Malmö by public transport.
