Welcome to this great holiday home with an idyllic location on Sandhornøy. The house is located by the sea and has a fantastic sea view where you can see the Hurtigruten cruise ships pass by. The house is spread over 2 floors and has a practical floor plan and includes 4 bedrooms, storage room, attic, living room/kitchen and bathroom. Great terrace that goes around large parts of the house so you can move around following the sun.

Hiking trail to Keiservarden starts nearby. Svartvannet and Vollvannet are in the immediate vicinity – perfect for both swimming and quiet rest stops. Short distance to Wood Hotel, which offers a café, restaurant and spa. Here you can relax to the sound of crackling from the fire pit, while enjoying the silence and the lovely view.

Her vil dere bo godt med uforstyrret utsikt mot fjord, fjell og by. Det er direkte tilgang til fjorden og naturreservat noen meter nedfor huset. Kun 7 minutter fra sentrum og 2 minutters gange til dagligvarebutikk, post og buss. Det er hele 4 soverom med komfortabel sengeplass til 6 personer. Utleie av båt. kajakker, SUP og en flytende badstu. Pris inkl. sengetøy og håndklær. Vi har også kafe med Thaimat og skjenking av øl og vin. OBS - dette er Rangsundøya 81 96 Selsøyvik 25 min med båt fra Rødøya.

Hytta ligger på fastlandet bare 1 times kjøring fra Mo i Rana og 3 min fra fergeleiet og hurtigbåtkaia som tar deg ut til øyene. Umiddelbar nærhet til strand hvor det er muligheter for kiting, padling, dykking o.l. I tillegg er det nydelige turområder og fjell i alle retninger. Hytta ble bygd i 2023.
