Vanda's apartment is excellent, better than in the photos. It is quite spacious and well divided. The condominium is excellent, with a mini-market, top-notch gym and swimming pool. The tower of Vanda's apartment is the first one, three elevators, a quiet neighborhood and a super helpful concierge. The space itself was extremely clean and organized. All necessary utensils and working perfectly. Easy check-in and check-out instructions. Super near the subway. Anyway, I recommend it and I will stay more often. Great cost x benefit.

Tomás is an excellent host, responds quickly and kindly, and provides useful information and tips to enjoy the place. The sun house is rustic in style but very comfortable. Spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable, and you can see Tomás' care in choosing bed linens and blankets. To be perfect in my opinion, it would be to put a shower stall in the bathroom with a gas shower and a few more kitchen utensils. But nothing that has hindered us. The staff is helpful and discreet. It is worth it for those who are looking for silence, rest and contact with nature.

We loved the house, we went in the cold of June and the shared sauna and hot tub saved us a lot, lol. The house is very good, cozy, clean. I recommend it and I want to come back more often 🥰

We love the house, a haven in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were very well attended by Paulo and well attended by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super helpful and attentive. The house is cozy and you can feel the care in every detail. We had a wonderful time with friends and family, playing the piano and singing together, cooking and chatting while we prepared dinner... and the house, this unique environment, the way each space is presented, was certainly very important for this to happen in such a special way. The place is still wonderful, super clean, comfortable and with that cozy atmosphere that makes us feel at home. Isabel is super attentive and everything works just fine. It has already become my favorite spot, hands down! I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay here and José was very communicative and had lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. Valdir who gave us access to the property was also very friendly and welcoming to us. A highlight for us was being able to watch the many colourful birds eat the fruit we placed out for them and the other animals around the place. A great place to stay if you want some relaxation time, you do need a car though if you want to explore the area.

The place is really very quiet and safe for us and the dogs, being totally fenced, with no risk of escape and very spacious. The view from the living room, bedroom and pool is very beautiful. Agnes welcomed us very well, making us feel very comfortable and always available to assist us. We recommend it for those who like a quiet place and can take their dogs.

The space is cute, very cozy. The building is very quiet. I hope to come back again and again. Communication with the Host was excellent from start to finish. I was greeted by Antonia, Cortez's wife, she is so nice, she welcomed me very well, showed me the building and the apartment and explained everything very well. Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

I had an excellent stay at Bia's apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are great! The property exceeded all of my expectations.
